ROSENSTOCK AT 1:45 I MEAN COME ON Haha I love it, can't think of a better set to start the day. I'm going to drag in half of my crew blind to this set. Very excited to start of the fest on such a high note.

Walking over the top of the hill for the first time to the sweet sounds of Benny Clem sounds about perfect to me. Then skipping straight over to the Bigfoot and getting crazy with Jeffy Rose sounds even better.
Edit: I guess Jeff’s actually on the Yeti, but the principle still stands.

Going to CCFX at 12:30 will be brutal but worth it I think...

Friday is perfect for me. I can catch Tash and Pond at Bonnaroo and that's literally my only conflict. I'll probably get in line for David Byrne pit. Ben Clem > Giants in Trees > Son Little > Gang of Youths > Wolf Parade > Lemaitre > Tash/Byrne pit line > Thundercat > Bon Iver > sleep Saturday looks good too, I'll probably catch a bunch of partial sets: Pickwick/Polyrythmics, Curtis Harding/Mimicking Birds, Escort/Grizzly Bear, Spoon/Rostam/TVotR Sunday is good. Tank and the Bangas/ Choir x3/Tune-Yards/Dhani Harrison is probably doable, but that's a lot of hill climbing. Overall, I'm stoked for this schedule! no Tyler? his set is going to be beautiful.

Just gonna throw another shout-out to the Premier choo-choo train that makes it really easy to catch an early set or three and head back to the campsite for provisions. I think I was in the venue before 1:30 every day a couple years ago.

ROSENSTOCK AT 1:45 I MEAN COME ON I guess one of the perks of being old is the inability to sleep later than 7 am. Never miss an opening set, and 1:45 pm is right in my wheel house. I'm kind of a Nirvana nerd though, so I don't think I can miss out on the Giants.

I think I was in the venue before 1:30 every day a couple years ago. Every year, it seems like it never fails, there is always someone I want to see at like 1:00, then a 3 or 4 hour gap of whatever. So the ability to run in and out quickly is a godsend.

I am very excited about camping so close. I have missed so many early day things in years past! And the one time I forced myself to go in early for something this year at Coachella I got heat exhaustion. (It was for LP and she was SO worth it.)

Done Gold the past few years and the ability to get from the pit of the main stage to our campsite in ~10 mins (we get there early and are almost right up front) is priceless imo

Going to CCFX at 12:30 will be brutal but worth it I think... Go big or go home. Line up with me outside the gate at 8am sharp. Drain a flask in front of the security guards and smoke an entire pack of cigarettes before the first band. We're going out in style.

I feel like the Japandroids/PUP conflict could have been avoided...I'm surprised they have them overlapping.
