I miss the days when HG was around to lecture people with less than 100 posts about reading back even one page before posting things already discussed in the thread. If you truly care about that issue why does it matter how many posts they have? You guys started the shitposting not even halfway into the first page, so you really can't expect people to read through the thread, especially when half the posts are double and triple posts. Your post number isn't a credibility score. Nobody wants to be lectured on a forum. It's not hard to figure why there's only five people here. This guy literally just registered an account so he could make this post. We should feel honored to have this wisdom imparted upon us.

I like that you created your account just to add this to the conversation. I also miss the days when all newbies and numbskulls faced the wrath of gramma. It was entertaining and enlightening... and there are six of us here.

The death of the Sasquatch board wasn't a special case. We live in a post-forum death dystopia. We shitpost to fill the void.

Haven't seen Bon Iver mentioned yet. Perhaps they've neglected the PNW thus far on the current tour in order to triumphantly return to gorge and melt all our faces like they did in 2012? 🤔

I know there's no way they're all coming back, but I think Bon Iver, Beck, and (less likely) Jack White are all plausible for next year.

The way Sasquatch is going I doubt it but I’m crossing my fingers for Fever Ray as a consolation prize for not getting the knife a few years back, the new album is all kinds of awesome.

Also Manchester orchestra put out an album this year and seem like a good fit, not sure if they’ve played Seattle recently though.

after hearing MGMTs new song, I'd have no problem with them coming back next year for another sunset set they could play their new tune, kids, electric feel, and time to pretend on repeat for 2 hours and I'd be happy

Well, we can rule out all of these. Well, shit. I know it's theoretically possible to play one on Friday and the other on Sunday, but I agree this makes them all very unlikely.

To be fair, Sasquatch has pretty much always fallen flat on booking good techno.
