Here is my issue:
My group purchased our tickets together. One person cannot go.
All tickets were shipped to my previous address. They were returned to sender even though I have USPS forwarding my mail to my new address. I called Live Nation to have these sent to my new address. They say that is not possible and that the only option is to pick the tickets up at will call. I think that means I will be unable to sell this ticket. I asked if they would refund the single ticket and they said they could not.
Has anyone been in this situation? Do you know if it is possible to sell a will call ticket to someone without requiring them to be with you when you pick your tickets up at will call? Has anyone successfully obtained a refund recently?
Am I shit out of luck?

I bought a Will call ticket from an extremely friendly person who couldn't go last year, and I had all of her documents, and drivers license copied and they hassled me for 30 minutes and just barely allowed me to have the ticket. I don't know why it was so hard to transfer over, but yes it is possible. I would recommend calling in or getting an email confirming you want to transfer it, so you can give that to who you sell it. That would be a cool thing to do I think.

Thanks for the info. I emailed Ticketmaster and they are reaching out to the organizers to see if they will make an exception for me. Hopefully that works but at least I know it is possible--although difficult--to sell the ticket if they can't help me.

In case anyone is wondering, Ticketmaster was able to convince Live Nation to work with me and refund one my tickets.
