Some beautiful soul out in I internet land was kind enough to record and upload some of the live streams from this year's festival. I'm not sure which ones are all out there, but I just got done downloading Alabama Shakes and M83's full sets and they are every bit as glorious as I remember. Somebody posted a link to them on the Sasquatch reddit page. It's a torrent site, so I'm not going to link it here, but they're on there if anyone wants them.

1. Alabama Shakes 2. Allen Stone 3. Big Grams 4. Kaleo (They killed it while the mainstage was down and perseved my golden spirit when all ya boi needed was some Leon) 5. Andra Day (Mega sleeper of the weekend) 6. Grimes 7. Vince Staples 8. Dave B 9. Mac Demarco 10. Digable planets
SO to Unknown Mortal Orchestra for the veddy shreddy times and M83's visuals
The wind was so swirly dudes, my skin could not replenish itself fast enough by day 3 & 4! I saw some lips that looked reptilian as fuck. We got fully Gorgetched dudes, it was a dream battling the elements like wizards. They hadn't closed the stage down like that since a PJ show in 200? "Get pitted"

Ears are important! www.earpeace.com/downbeats.com/www.etymotic.com/Pick your poison. I hear the earpeace ones are some of the best for keeping the sound natural sounding. I have some ety earplugs, and I find they dull the sound a little more than I would like at times. I get a static noise in my left ear at certain frequencies. The product of too much loud music, and working around machinery. Good ear plugs are definitely worth the investment.

1. M83 2. Sufjan Stevens 3. Autolux 4. Savages 5. Yo La Tengo 6. Todd Terje 7. Titus Andronicus 8. Four Tet 9. Baroness 10. Digable Planets
I knew after seeing M83 a month before that that set was going to be magical. All the talk about lip singing and pushing play didn't sway me.
I thought the sound on the Bigfoot was pretty good this year, as long as you were within a decent proximity of the stage, because the sound overlap was horrible at times. Pretty much at every stage you would get sound overlap if you were a little ways back.

I think it live streamed, but I didn't see it anywhere. I might be wrong about it having steamed, though.

1. Autolux 2. Sufjan Stevens 3. Four Tet 4. Ty Segall & the Muggers 5. The Cure 6. Julia Holter 7. Yo La Tengo 8. Deep Sea Diver 9. Mac DeMarco 10. Caribou Hell yeah dogg. 1. Yo La Tengo 2. Autolux 3. Four Tet's Rihanna remix 4. Sufjan Stevens 5. Ty Segall & the Muggers 6. The Cure 7. Julia Holter 8. Deep Sea Diver 9. Caribou 10. Mac DeMarco shredding the shit out of Reelin' in the Years Adjusted after a week of letting it all sink in. The Yo La Tengo set has specifically stuck with me as the most beautiful of the festival. I'm still crying the happiest tears everyday listening to Ohm and Pass the Hatchet. I guess Ira was using a brand new guitar pedal board for the first time live that day which would explain why he was shredding for Satan even harder than usual.

Pass The Hatchet is one of my favorite Yo La Tengo tracks, and because of how long it is I doubted I would hear it in a festival set. That live version was so fucking good. That was my first Yo La Tengo show, besides the live film score I caught a while back.
