Ali Hendrick (booking agent) just all but confirmed Car Seat Headrest for next year's Sasquatch. That makes me very happy given how in love with their album I am right now.

Anyone check out any of the live podcasts at the Pepsi Kola House? The Kola House was so fucking weird lol. Great view on the balcony to see the Bigfoot stage (I caught yeasayer and a few other acts up there), the drinks were ok but pretty pricey and the crowd was generally chill. The marketing for it was pretty lol

Chances that they do this podcast again? its always possible. That said I wish they treated it the way Apple does beats radio and had exclusive info drops on their such as early lineup hints, stage placement during the artist interviews, additions to the venues enjoyment like stands and etc, and other odds and ends.

I feel like I'm not giving a fair shake at this podcast thing. It's genuinely a cool idea for those looking for information on the artists that will be attending. I just feel like if people wanted to get to know an artist there are so many better options: Nardwaur, in depth publications that are easier to skim, just going to YouTube. As someone with a lot of sentimental value invested into this festival (that felt incredibly cliché to type out), I would like to see them hit the ground running in November with proven ways of generating hype. Momentum is huge and I think their front office has been really lackluster in creating any.
