For my fellow Android users, Google Play Music's last update added podcast integration and this one is on there. I was able to subscribe and get notified when new episodes come out, right within the primary app I use for music. So that's pretty cool. It took a little digging, but I found I can listen to it on my PC through the Google Play App online, no download necessary.

Just finished listening to the new episode, the interview with the general manager of the Gorge. He seems like a pretty cool guy and it was interesting to hear his perspective of the Sasquatch experience. Also, it was nice to hear someone officially address the question of legal marijuana. Which, while still not allowed inside the venue, is perfectly ok in the confines of your campsite. That's "your home for the weekend". So that's kinda cool, but not really surprising.

He might not be the guy with an office, but everyone secretly knows who's really in charge.

I really liked this interview. It's funny that my two favorite interviews so far have been with Adam and Danny, not any of the artists. I did like the Telekinesis one a lot. According to the Twitter, Borns will be on tomorrow. I'm not huge on his music at all but I'm curious to see if he's cool. Someone posted on Facebook about Mac DeMarco being on. I really hope that's true!

I fucking love Mac. I only got into him last August. Wish I heard him earlier. Sasquatch will probably be my first time seeing him and I couldn't be more excited. I say "probably will be my first time" because I can't find any tickets (at face value) to see him at Webster Hall in NYC next weekend. The Monday show has King Gizzard opening... Is it worth spending $25 over face value?

I've seen him.... twice or thrice and King Gizzard once. I enjoyed their shows. If you enjoy him and the price isn't ridiculous (e.g. +$100) then I say gopher it.

"I'm not 100% sure that Major Lazer are, at this point in time, a bigger act than M83." -Phanner, aka John Norris. This guy gets it.

This guy gets it. lol I would bet $7 that John Norris probably does not feel the same way about Phish as I do. Is that from the new episode today? I haven't listened yet. Diplo came to my school in 2012. He really sucked. The party environment he set up was incredibly forced and cheesy. My .2cents. I'm going to listen now. www.sasquatchpodcast.com/behind-the-scenes-with-dave-taylor/

John Norris seemingly had no idea what that Dave Taylor guy actually does for Sasquatch. He persistently asked him questions about the booking process throughout the entire interview, and every single time he had to politely reply that it was Adam and his team, not him, that did the booking and scheduling. That gripe aside, I'm enjoying these podcasts and the insider tidbits that they're bringing to us nerd fans.

Aside from Kurt Vile, my favorite interviews so far have been all the "insider-y" ones. I think it would be a cool idea for Adam to appear, if only for a minute or two, on the next couple episodes to provide attendees with some last minute information and tips. The Sasquatch social media/PR department(s) haven't really been that engaging with attendees. Even on this board I see that a lot of people have questions they can't seem to get answered.

I saw Mac last night at Webster Hall in NYC. Great show! John Norris asked him why "Chamber of Reflection" dropped out from his regular set list last tour and Mac gave a brief little explanation why. Well, he's played it the past two shows! Really really great time last night.

Social media seems to be more engaging and active. Emily Nokes from Tacocat is on tomorrow's new episode.
