Digable Planets seems like a very unlikely late night show. Not sure what their live set is like, but they do not have the catalog or reputation that the Roots did when they played there. From the billing, it seems more likely that Tycho plays the late night and then Rudimental headline the dance tent. Ratatat played the late night a few years back without a mindblowing light show (just some basic projections, as I recall).
Also Lord Huron sure sound like a mainstage-type band to me.
I really doubt that a mainstage headliner will be added, I think it'll be Major Lazer throwing down, but maybe this is the day they add an Animal Collective late-night set... please?

^ I have to agree. Saw them at The Moore last month and it was cool but they didn't have a terribly long set and no real visual components.

After thinking really harder about all of this.... I think M83 is going to close the Big foot. They have a huge light show and are loud enough for it. They are super intense live. I think the other closers are right but I have NO IDEA how the rest fits in AT ALL. Except Lord Huron is a perfect Big Foot just before sunset pink/orange sky band. I definitely think they will be hours earlier. This is the weirdest day of all time.

This day is definitely weird. The main seems like it would go: rateliff - m. Ward - Huron - m83 - real headliner. But until we see an add, it's just sort of... Eh? But I agree that digable planets probably aren't the Bigfoot closer. I still think ml are going to close that stage.

Have artists ever come back to Sasquatch to play the exact same set time and stage? While I agree that Major Lazer has no business headlining the festival, I would also find it pretty strange if they close out the bigfoot again.

I don't remember many sound issues last year? But cornchips and such. And if ML headlines main then all the little teeny boppers can chill there while everyone else goes to the real acts with all the space.

It's almost like ML is a pawn so all the other sets will RULE at that time.

This.... actually sounds pretty good, as long as the sound is ok. I don't remember any issues last year either, so maybe they got it sorted out.

I think the Decemberists did, pretty sure the last two times they've played were the same slot on the mainstage. But generally that doesn't happen, it's almost always a step up. I say ML is worthy, of the four headliners that's actually the one I'm looking forward to the most. but I don't go to Squatch for the headliners, they're just gravy on my fries.

Have artists ever come back to Sasquatch to play the exact same set time and stage? Beck, Modest Mouse, Postal Service, and Ben Harper (depending on how you define hail storm chaos). Plus the Cure this year. You're welcome.

Well, obviously once somebody reaches the top there is nowhere else to go, but some bigger festival, for the most part.

Heads up, ya'll..Sasquatch posted on FB, M83 will be on the main stage on saturday. Not a surprise, just an update that their main stage set is confirmed vs. late-night bigfoot.
Not sure how I feel about M83 --> Major Lazer. Hopefully there will be something else appealing at that time.

M83: 9-10:15 MAINSTAGE Tycho: 12-1:30 BIGFOOT I can confirm this. Sounds about right. I was thinking that Rudimental could close the Bigfoot as well because they closed out the Chupacabra in 2014 so I thought they would move up to closing the Bigfoot, but I would prefer Tycho.
