The first time I heard Todd Terje was when James Murphy spun "Inspector Norse" at his Sasquatch DJ set. No one knew what it was but it blew everybody's mind. I spent months looking for that track until I finally discovered It's The Arps and was a fan ever since. Sasquatch must-see.

That set looks like a lot of fun. Are all of his sets like this or does he do DJ sets as well. If he's doing this style I'm all over it, but if it's going to be a DJ set then not so much.
Also - Are we starting all new threads for each artist chosen?

Also - Are we starting all new threads for each artist chosen? Todd Terje does some DJ sets but usually they'll have it as "Todd Terje (DJ Set)" and from the videos I see.... yes his shows are this fun! This is the song "Inspector Norse" live: In regards to the separate thread question, that's how they did it over at the Bonnaroo forum (inforoo) and it makes sense. I feel having one giant thread would be hard to keep up and confusing for readers, as well as harder to reference. I'm open for suggestions... I don't want to come into a new forum and break all the rules or enforce something that is completely different.

There have been like 3 threads created in the last calendar year. Go nuts.

This looks like a main stage act with the entire hillside doing the shake. Very much appreciate the introduction to a brand new (for mutt) artist. Me likes, and although my dance moves are rusting up a bit in my middle years I think I would be busting this up. Might even bring some druid lights to boogie with.

How do you pronounce his name? "Ter-yay?" "Terzhe?" "Ter-hay?"

Although, our closest pronunciation would probably just be Tear-yay.

I've always pronounced it like it rhymes with "surge", but apparently I've always been wrong.

I've always pronounced it like it rhymes with "surge", but apparently I've always been wrong. I always thought is was pronounced more like Peas says, but on the lineup video they pronounce it like Pancakes is saying, which made me second guess the way I thought it was pronounced.

Shouldn't that pronounciation be gorge-ee-us?
