The stage assignments don't come out until the set times are announced, around the end of April. In the past couple years the schedule builder tool on the website has made this available a little sooner. But it's going to be at least a couple months until we have more details. It's been that way since 2008 or earlier.

I can only remember 2 times that they had the stage by stage lineup right off the bat. I'm pretty sure last year they had a similar format to see the lineup, and they had stage as well as day first thing.

I keep talking myself out of pulling the trigger on a ticket. I don't know anybody else interested in going, so I have to spend $500 for a pass and camping, then fuel and supplies on top of that. I also hate to resort to staying in District 9, because I for one appreciate clean bathrooms and showers, so it'll be more like $600. This is getting expensive. I could be $1000 in by the time this thing is said and done.
I do feel like I can keep my options open, and see what else the summer has to offer before I make a decision too.

If you haven't checked him yet, check out Conner Youngblood. I saw him recently in Portland. He looks like The Weeknd and sounds like Bon Iver. Played a bunch of different instruments on stage and such.

Where would you be comin' from? North West Montana. Keep you in mind if I hear of anyone coming from Alberta or needing a scoop in Spokane?

Has anyone asked Snacks, or is anyone comfortable enough to ask, if "...and more" is applicable this year on Saturday night the same way it was last year on Friday night.

Apologies if someone's already done the math, but if you look at the 2013 & 2015 lineups (excluding 2014 due to only being 3 days) each day had the following number of musical acts:
Friday: 22 Saturday: 32 Sunday: 32 Monday: 32 Total: 118
Current 2016 Lineup:
Friday: 19 Saturday: 25 Sunday: 28 Monday: 26 Total: 98
Small sample size, I know, but is it irrational to believe that we will see up to 3 additions Friday, 7 Saturday, 4 Sunday, and 6 Monday? 20 total? If you even look back at 2012 (18/35/35/35), there was a lineup of 123 artists. The lineup is definitely thin at the moment from a numbers perspective, and with it being announced a month in advance it should be interesting to see how this all goes down before Memorial Day weekend.

Thanks. I hadn't actually compared the numbers with previous years, but I knew it felt light. I had been meaning to compare this year's launch #'s with last year's since there was a steady stream of late adds last year adding up to the big Sleater-Kinney announcement. It makes sense that the lineup would be even less finished this year on account of being announced almost a full month early. Definitely interested to see what "& more" means for us this year.

Anyone interested in taking a stab at what stages each act might play each day?

Can we have Caribou on the Bigfoot and do a Jamie XX and Four Tet b2b? Please? Like an actual one that is 2 and a half hours. Please?

Assistance needed for old fartus rocknroller: What acts on lineup fit category of head banging? Guitar shredding? Gotta be one on here somewhere.
