I swore I would take a minimum of one year off Pemberton after having a mostly miserable time there in 2015, but an LCD appearance would have me buying a pass in a heartbeat. Otherwise, the wife and I are considering planning a trip this spring around their tour dates. what happened.. and when tix are 250 dollars less than sasquatch tix i think i have to pass on sasquatch this year unless its a last minute trip. the lineup is amazing but the money just isnt there for me. going to go for pemberton presale and hope for kanye. its happening With the Canadian dollar the way it is Pemberton is insanely cheaper than Sasquatch. Depending how the camping is sold it's almost half the price of sasquatch. I can't see many BC people justifying sasquatch when pemberton has had comparable lineups the last couple years. Sasquatch's only saving grace is that Pemberton seems to take forever to get their lineup out so people might get impatient. With so many options these days though I don't see that happening.

davers are you considering a trip back to Sasquatch this year? Not sure if you've mentioned it yet. I assume you're probably waiting on Prima and Pemberton lineups first.

I want to but I'm pretty sure this ain't selling out so I'm planning on getting some cheap aftermarket tickets since the general population seems unimpressed with this lineup. Assuming I can get reasonably priced tickets I'll probably be there. May even buy some preggers camping since they are basically the same price now.

can some one refresh my memory as to how the order of the artists listed by day reflects the stages they'll be performing on? Obviously first two are main stage headliner and sub-headliner. Then is third bigfoot late night closer? Or is the third line the third to last main stage act? or is there no real historical pattern and it's impossible to know?

I've never noticed a pattern before. Sometimes third billed is late night, sometimes Bigfoot headliner, maybe even dance tent headliner. I wouldn't read too much into it. Sometimes they even move the days around for a few artists.

Back in 2014 I did premier camping and for some reason I'm remembering never getting a pat-down when I used the shuttle.
Is that true or have I gone insane?

That's not true, but the drop off point does allow you to by-pass a good portion of the line.

I'm working on a set time template again this year. Last time I did one was in 2010. Also, I started the "set time predictions" on the Coachella message board years ago - I was thinking about starting that up here. What do you guys think of the look of this? I gotta say - I like it a lot. and, obviously these times aren't done yet. At the moment, I'm just working with color, font, background, etc, etc... And pay no mind to the names on here that aren't on the lineup. Like I said, this is just a work in progress.

Really should have not made a playlist of bands I didn't know with this Canadian dollar. Guess it is a Sasquatch/Pemberton/Rifflandia year after all.

Disclosure's set would be more like 11:00-12:30 and Todd Terge would probably be 12:00-1:30 if he was closing el Chupacabra but fuck, I don't want those two to overlap. Some of that is looking pretty accurate, though. Just goes to show you how Friday is going to get a bunch of additions.

Holy shit, awesome! I've always enjoyed the hell out of that each year. You do a really great job with it. That Sasquatch one looks very cool. I'll hopefully have the new message board theme up and running tonight, and it follows a very similar color scheme.

But actually for serious how are the Cure live? I skipped their set last time oops. I saw the Cure in the rain at ACL as well and it was by far my favorite set that weekend. I left ACL wondering if I would ever get the chance to see them again. Now I have the chance to see them again, at my favorite venue, and it's killing me that I might not be able to go.

Were you that guy that kept asking to share my wizard pipe? I ended up losing that one to someone. Best pipe ever.

However, Friday usually starts a little later than the other days (last year was 3:40 compared to 1:00). That means the gaps will be tighter and the amount of additions won't be as high.

Does anyone know when we should expect the stages to be announced? I was hoping they would announce that along with the lineup like I think they've done in the past(?) We don't have to wait until the schedule goes up, do we?
