I just have to say, it would be awesome if the late night sets this year are (in order): Grimes // Miike Snow // Animal Collective* // Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz *I think this still could happen, assuming AC sells out their Neptune show (seems quite likely, they played the Paramount last time they came through)
some other bands that make sense for squatch that I would be very excited to see in the lineup this year: Alabama Shakes M83 Youth Lagoon Big Grams The Arcs Young Fathers
I generally don't care about the headliners, but one that I would be psyched for is My Morning Jacket, they were killer in Seattle this fall, it would be a great year for them to come back. But if the Cure really are playing that would make two repeat headliners, which seems unlikely to me.
a few good locals I expect to be there: Telekinesis (great new album) Grace Love & the True Loves Car Seat Headrest (KEXP looooooves these guys)
and because wanton speculation is fun, a couple long-shot headliners that would rock: The Chemical Brothers The Strokes Gorillaz (yes plz, melt my brain)

Chromeo announced their "Funk on the Rocks" at the Red Rock Amphitheater on June 2nd and Jamie xx is booked as the main opener. That's only a few days after Sasquatch... Jamie xx confirmed

So now the question is, do they play Sasquatch Friday or Monday?

Came to post about jamie xx but you guys beat me to it! Super excited about that seemingly realistic possibility. MMJ would be amazing too, and they're long overdue to return.

If we get The Cure and My Morning Jacket as two of the headliners then that would be pretty god damn spectacular.

Now I just need the LCD reunion to be real and playing at Sasquatch because I will never forgive myself for not seeing them at the Gorge in 2010.

Also, might as well just give us Björk while you're at it, Zacks.

Holy shit, thanks Cysquatch! I'll add My Morning Jacket to the Rumors/Confirmations thread. I try to keep my expectations low, but it seems increasingly realistic that Pearl Jam, The Cure, and My Morning Jacket will be three of our headliners. That is very awesome.

I don't think a return of My Morning Jacket automatically guarantees them a headlining spot. Artists at various festivals have been "downgraded" in the past, so it wouldn't surprise me to see them sub-headline under a bigger name. 2010 was a pretty experimental year, headliner-wise, which hasn't really been repeated since.

Good point. Either way, I am very excited about possibly seeing them at the Gorge again! I saw them this fall at Keller Auditorium, and they were predictably awesome.

My Morning Jacket is playing 2 nights at Red Rocks Memorial Day Weekend. Planes and all... but still pretty unlikely for Squatch.

My Morning Jacket is playing 2 nights at Red Rocks Memorial Day Weekend. Planes and all... but still pretty unlikely for Squatch. I was trying to figure the logistics of this myself. According to Google maps, it's about an 18 hour drive from the Gorge to Red Rocks ( sure the band could fly, but their equipment is likely to move by truck). There is no conceivable way they could play Red Rocks Sunday night and have their equipment at the Gorge in time to unload and sound check before gates opened at Sasquatch on Monday. Even subheadlining Friday night gets them off stage around 9ish, packed and on the road by 10. That puts them at Red Rocks at 4:00 Saturday if there's no delays. It's technically possible for them to get set up in time for a 7:00 gate with that schedule, but cutting it is very close. Not saying they won't play, just saying I don't consider them a lock yet, and mad props to their tour manager if they pull that schedule off.

Damn, I really hope MMJ works out. That would make my day.
Do any of you know the details on camping sales? I am going to purchase a ticket but I wasn't sure if camping goes on sale at a later date? Or does it give you the option when you check out on your purchase of the ticket?

When I ordered mine, it gave me the option to add a camping pass too (standard, premier, etc), but I didn't see them available as a standalone purchase yet.

I think the dates and relative proximity are still compelling enough to call them rumored, but I think they're far from confirmed at this point.

Pear Jam will not not be playing. Period.
Regardless of whether they are celebrating their 25th or not, they will not be at Sasquatch. Should they decide to celebrate their 25th, as the Twitter conference suggested, they will celebrate on their own terms. 2-3 days at The Gorge (with friends). No festival attached. I'm sorry, and I will be the first to say sorry if I'm wrong!!
The Cure and MMJ, I am fully on board for, and think are more than reasonable. No more to be said until line up day.
