As a rule, the whole 80s inspired synth-pop thing is not my bag, but Murder Vibes are just dark and dreamy enough for me. They've got a cool Depeche Mode thing going that really rustles my jimmies. I know they're still just local, but it's a damn shame that they are playing the smallest stage at 1:00 opposite the guy from Arcade Fire. I don't plan on missing them, even though I'm sure they'll be back with a proper time slot in the next couple years; I'm predicting big things from them. Anyways, get up early on Saturday and go see Murder Vibes. Thanks for sharing. I'm actually really digging that track. I'll definitely be checking out their set.

That's not even the best song on their album, it's just the only one they have on YouTube.

15 minutes in, and the interviewer seems entirely unprepared. Zacks must be desperate to sell more tickets. At least it's a mini Zacks-curated playlist.

There hasn't even been a single, "Tickets are selling fast! Get yours before it's too late!" type message sent out this year. Ouch.
I'm hopeful I'll be licking my chops at the sight of the secondary market prices in a month from now.

So the question is, have attendees moved on to other festivals or just decided they don't need to do a festival this year since most are getting pretty stupidly expensive?

In that interview Zacks said that they'll probably sell out next week and are in the 90 something percent sold area

I'm guessing it's a combination of the Canadian dollar being so weak and Pemberton being so strong (at least their reputation based on last year).

Tickets are going fast get yours now is a way to boost sales based on the idea of exclusionary baiting. If you don't buy now you'll miss out. Example late night Infomercials: ORDER NOW SUPPLY IS LIMITED

I don't think I've seen enough excitement on here about The Districts. A Flourish And A Spoil is one of my favorite albums of this year so far and they are absolutely going to kill it at Sasquatch. This song takes a couple minutes to really get going, but make sure you watch the whole thing; it's worth it.

This thing still not sold out? What the hell. Also Fences dropped from the lineup if it hasn't been mentioned.

I just tried to post a pic but either I have forgotten how because it's been so long, or my iPhone and the forum links do not work well together. Oh well, it was just some shots I took of Run the Jewels when I saw them a few months back with Weenie. They got me pretty stoked on how soon it is that I'll see them again. On a side note, I'm listening to Fuzz "What's in my Head" and it's just the fuckin bees knees!

I have also been Fuzzing out. Went on a trip and played it on repeat. Trying to think of which 70's band they remind me of. I was thinking Rare Earth maybe? Or Iron Butterfly?
