I know it's a bit crazy to guess but the strokes just announced a show (with beck because he's touring) but i think maybe all these underwhelming announcements may lead them to announce one of them, Hopefully and doubtfully the strokes but with all the attention beck has gotten, MAYBE.

Beck played in 2012, so possible??? But I think the Raccoon would headline again before him.

It is but a dream, but tickets will be sold through Live Nation, so there's that. I think it would be such a perfect way to thank the fans that didn't bitch and moan about the lineup (or maybe did, but bought tickets anyway) and the ones that kept the faith in Sasquatch magic. Plus an impromptu set at a festival in the most beautiful venue on the planet would be such a Prince thing to do. I need to stop taking about it before I convince myself that it actually could happen and start to get my hopes up.

I would probably just sit down and start crying if Prince was to play. There is no way they would just keep it as a big question mark on the schedule and stuff though right? I feel like that wouldn't be fair to artists who have to play against that. Imagine in the middle of your set you look out and everyone is just leaving to go see Prince...

Or worse yet, being the dude just rolling in the dance tent oblivious to the fact that Prince is burning down the main stage. I honestly don't think it will happen, but if the schedule comes out with a big question mark (or better yet, a )at the top of Friday night, my hopes will be sky high.

Lord Jesus I would j my pants if that happened. Why hasn't anyone just made a line up posted using symbols? This year could be perfect for it with Robert plant and the litany of Led Zeppelin symbols they have. Other examples could be a spoon to symbolize spoon.

also, I'm not joking Professor, but I'm having leftover chocolate chip pancakes for lunch today. Is this a sign that good things will come?

anywayyyyyssssssss, looking over the schedule it looks like there is a lot of free time at the uranus stage. like pretty much everyday after 4 nothing is scheduled. Does this mean the possibility of a lot more small/local bands to be late additions or using this space for random surprise sets? Last year it seemed like there was something always going on at this stage.

I think there were extra acts booked on it last year due to picking up the local acts from Julysquatch.

Why even have a stage if you're only going to have 3 acts on it for the whole day? if thats the case than fuck it, i'm bringing my drums and doing an 8 hour drum solo if no one is going to be using it.

They don't do acts on that stage during comedy because Todd Barry shut down SPAC3MAN.
If you do an 8 hour drum solo you risk missing the 75 minute Fuzz set, and that is a poor decision.

How many Fuzzy Navels are you going to drink before/during/after Fuzz's set? Also, I'll take an intermission during my drum solo for Fuzz. Do I have your approval now?

If by "fuzzy navels" you mean "hits of acid" the answer is "all of them".

There aren't any pictures of Todd eating berries, and then I remembered that the dude openly hates fruit. I think he might be getting ready to munch some raisins in that pic, though.
