The more I'm forced to listen to "Today's Hits" radio at work, the more I'm forced to come to terms with the fact that Echosmith is almost definitely going to be at Sasquatch next year.

Four siblings and their dad wrote an album after signing to Warner Bros. and picking a terrible band name. At least they were able to snag a slot opening for Owl City on his last tour! Now I'm even more bummed I missed it.

Guess I'm out of touch then I believe this was a reference to the Echosmith single "Cool Kids." That song is this year's "Pumped Up Kicks" and I feel like those kids are going to be at every festival next year, much like Haim was this year.

Austin Psych Fest (now called LEVITATION) has announced its lineup. It now runs May 8-10. Lineup includes:
The Flaming Lips Tame Impala The Jesus and Mary Chain Spiritualized Primal Scream The Black Angels Thee Oh Sees Mac DeMarco Melody's Echo Chamber Lightning Bolt A Place to Bury Strangers The Sword Earth Fuzz (Ty Segall & Friends) The Soft Moon Metz White Fence
and a lot more smaller bands. Judging by the dates and location I'd say we're sure to get at least a couple of these!

If U2 is at Sasquatch I will laugh all the way to Folklife.

Sadly, I think they are one of the least likely candidates on that list, but I would really be ok with that whole lineup.

If U2 is at Sasquatch I will laugh all the way to Folklife. First they invade your iPhones, then your Sasquatch. Next thing you know, they're sleeping on your couch and eating all your food.

The Edge ate my leftover Thai food and won't pick up on my hints that it's time for him to get a job.

Adam Clayton keeps trying to remind me that he exists. But he still won't do the dishes.

Larry Mullen Jr. burned all my books and replaced them with seasons 1-8 of Dog the Bounty Hunter on DVD.

Natalie Prass makes some pretty good music, and she's getting more popular now. Debut album is out in January, and she'll be playing in North America in May. Consider her possible!
