Hey friends!
So in all my years, I have never done premier camping. Turns out the one year I don't do May, all my friends picked up some premier camping passes. When I went to get my passes last night, looks like no premier camping is available. Bummer.
So first question - how does the premier pass work? Is it a separate ticket or is attached to your wristband? Or something crazy I don't even know about yet?
Second - anyone selling premier, if this is possible? Or does anyone have room for myself plus one on their premier site? Of course I'll be willing to pay straight cash homey.
Thanks!

I believe you get a hard ticket, and that is good for a vehicle. The rules specify a number of people that can get in for each vehicle, but I heard they don't always enforce that rule. Then everybody in the car gets a wristband.

I haven't done it, but I'm pretty sure it is per car. If they didn't restrict it somebody could buy a ticket and each of 6 people could drive their own car, which would take up way too much space for them to make the profit they aim for.

Ok, another question - if I am not in premier, is there a way to go have some beverages with my friends in premier?

As far as I know they have to come out of the premier compound and visit you. It is super exclusive and there are sentries at the gate at all hours.

I snuck a few people into premier camping when my friends bought me a pass in 2012. Including random girls who wanted to ride the shuttle bus. I simply held my hand over their hand when we got on. Plenty of ways to sneak in.

Although the official policy is that you have to be in the car arriving at premier camping to get a premier wristband, I have heard tales of people who were able to get the gate folk to give them and extra wristband for a friend who wasn't in their car. I don't know what kind of story was used, and I'm sure most of it depends on the mood of the particular yellow shirt they're dealing with, but there is a little accounting leeway with the premier bands because they don't know ahead of time how many people will be in each vehicle. Basically, even if you don't get a premier pass, if your friends ask nicely enough and get lucky enough, they might be able to pull and extra band so you can at least go hang out with them, even if you can't park by them.

So get the attractive girls to go speak with the sleaziest looking guard? Got it

I was actually going to ask a similar question so this is pretty handy.
We have a friend who is taking his own vehicle and buying a parking pass, but wants to camp with us in premier. Would it be better to get him to park his vehicle, then squish into ours to get the premier wristband or to try and swindle an extra wristband from a yellow shirt?

The rules state that you're not supposed to park in the gorge parking lot over night, so the safest bet would probably be to park elsewhere if possible. I have thought about this before, but don't know of a place close by that would be safe to leave a vehicle for days. I don't know how strictly they enforce the overnight parking.

You could just park your car in the regular campground and take everything out of it, and then squeeze in their car to get a wristband. As far as your car, just go check on it a couple times a day during a day drinking walk around the campsite!

It would be best for your friend to save his money, not buy the parking pass, and just park in general camping. Ideally, he should arrive good time before you, so he can park then walk back out and jump in your car and get into premier with you. Once he has his premier wristband, he can walk back and forth between your campsite and his own car very easily.
