This will be my 1st Sasquatch, but not my 1st musicfest. This thread is to list the things you don't want to forget that aren't necessarily on your normal camping out list. My recent festival experience does not include camping, so I would appreciate getting some good ideas to make my Sasquatch experience better. In the spirit of sharing my own ideas, here is my list of things you shouldn't forget.
1. Bandanas (plural) for headband, camp rag, flag, etc. 2. Binoculars. I finally remembered last fest and it was great. 3. Baby wipes. It just feels good to clean up, feet especially. 4. Bics with back up matches. 5. Band aids

No one sleeps round this beard. I decided it was time For me to be a man. So I went and threw my razor in the garbage can. If I didn't cultivate. It would be a crime. So I'm gonna grow my beard until the end of time.

I've been using the same list for the last 5 years:
Drugs, drugs, beef jerky, drugs, and your mom.
Maybe I should change it up a bit this year?

I would highly suggest checking the camping thread that already exists. There is a ton of information in it. There is also a food thread discussing Sasquatch (quatchfest??) food.

I started going through the sticky thread at the top of the page, all 64 pages, and maybe one out of every four posts had relevant information. I am also going through the food thread to get some ideas. I thought maybe a new thread with an emphasis on things not normally on anyone's list of things not to forget..... tickets, sunscreen, water, drugs.... duh, I never would have thought of those, but whatever. Is there a rule against new threads being posted by noobs? Also, maybe some of these old stickies need to be purged and new ones started. Most of the ones that I have read through are jeff this and jeff that - not much really useful information. Don't get me wrong, some of the posts are humorous and even clever, but I am mostly interested in making my first time visit to the Gorge and Sasquatch maximally enjoyable. Please don't jeff me up or anything, as I don't want my jeff to get jeffed up without being properly jeffified. Jeffily yours, Mutt PS - my mom and dad both prefer Hank Williams. Senior by the way.... and yes, they both can cut a rug at 70ish. No head banging anymore though. PPS - add to the list: toothbrush and toothpaste, extra sunglasses, soap

I think it's fine. It's a good discussion to have every year at least. I always find something else to put on my list. Also, I just really like thinking about packing for Sasquatch. You go Glen Coco! (Or whatever your name is this app is bullshit.)

My dad used to listen to Kraftwerk, so there's that.
But then again, I also recall him listening to ICP so...

There justs gets to be so many threads that it gets harder to keep track of. At any rate, I pooped those other threads and also added my list in case it might help any Sasquatch newcomers. This will be my 8th year so I have had a lot of time to forget a lot of things. And, yes, I am quite humorous and even clever.

There IS a rule which concerns noobs creating new threads, and that rule is don't create new threads for the sake of discussing information that has been discussed at incredible length in at least half a dozen other threads. Your notion of what is 'relevant' is flawed.

Your notion of what is 'relevant' is flawed. I know this might get me in in deep jeff with higher powers, but my understanding of what is relevant is that the information in the various thread posts will have some relationship to the title of the thread. If there is some other interpretation of relevancy, then please enlighten me. I could do an in-depth anal-ysis of how many posts in the sticky thread on camping stuff actually refer to camping stuff, but I would rather have another colonoscopy than do that. With that being said, I will add to the list of things not to forget: Toilet paper Bed pan Hemmeroid hemorrhoid creme
