I'm sure she'll be great, I think I'm just still biased against her for Show Me Love since that's the only song I really know her for. Generally, female led R&B/Pop (no sexism intended) just doesn't do it for me. What I've heard of Röyksopp had me very excited for them, and I'm sure Robyn will just make it even better.

First impressions, in no particular order: 1. Outkast 2. Fuck Buttons 3. Mogwai 4. Deafheaven 5. QOTSA 6. Gogol Bordello 7. Deltron 3030 8. Neutral Milk Hotel 9. Violent Femmes 10. Eric Andre After just a couple days of research, I'm now also very excited for: Kraftwerk Liars The Notwist Röyksopp (and Robyn, I guess) Cut Copy Frank Ocean The Horrors Big Gigantic Death The further I dig, the better it gets. YOU GUESS NOTHING, YOU ARE

God damn though 'Show Me Love' is a killer track. I don't even like that kinda stuff usually but I want Robyn to show me all of her love.

We actually have a lot in common, Pancakes. Other than your omission of Panda Bear, our lists are fairly similar.
WHAT I AM SAYING IS YOU WILL LEARN TO LOVE ROBYN

As of now, I'm still more excited about Royksopp. But I'm sure you're right, I will learn to love Robyn too.

Note to self: pay more attention to bands that Blacksmile talks about; they are pretty consistently great. Listening to Electric Slave right now and it's awesome. These guys should be amazing live.

Fuck yeah, they will be great. Electric Slave was one of my favourite albums last year. If the schedule follows the current listing order of bands, I will pretty much be parked at the Bigfoot all day Sunday. Black Joe Lewis / Bob Mould / Rodrieguez / Portugal. The Man / QOTSA For those of you attending in July, I highly recommend checking out Reigning Sound. They are playing the Yeti on Sunday. Their album, Too Much Guitar, is fantastic. I saw them at Sled Island a couple of years ago and they did not disappoint.
