Do you find yourself never going back to those classic Led Zeppelin and the Who albums? Do you hate Guns and Roses? Did you think the grunge era was overrated? If so, it's not the Queens you dislike, you dislike straight up rock in general. The Foo Fighters and QOTSA are two of the only bands left that define "rock," so it's the genre you dislike, not the band. Don't worry, you're not alone. Pea and HG hate rock too. You are failing to make the important distinction between 'rock' and 'butt rock'. No no no. Butt Rock is Poison, Montley Crue, Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, and Def Leppard. Get it straight.

She's my cherry pie, is butt rock. Saying Baby 15+ times in a 4 minute song and not being a Black R&B Musician, is Rock. Don't forget to let the hydrogen out.

I love the Food Fighters but dislike Queens of the Stone Age.
Am I a mutant?

Even if you don't like em, skipping their set would be a huge mistake. They put on a killer show. This is what people said about DFA1979. People were wrong about that. The two aren't really comparable.

I'm closer to ole' Goldbeard on this one. Love the Foo Fighters, pretty ambivalent towards QOTSA. Don't get me wrong, I think Songs for the Deaf is great and the new record is just fine...I've seen them live a couple times and they're aight. I'll probaly check a out a bit of them before getting turnt up at MAJA LAZA

Another taste of GesaffelsteinThe visual side of his show is really impressive as well. He controls all elements of the performance on-stage (lights and sound).

Sometimes grammas don't like this new-fangled rock music all the kids are trying. I feel like because I literally just saw them I should broaden my horizons but I know full well I'm gonna be freaking the fuck out in the pit. Hopefully not on meth.

QotSA's sound is like a perfect combination of sexy smooth and crunchy raw. I don't understand how you could compare them to a lawnmower unless your lawnmower blasts Prince each time you use it or something.
