Probably headliner at this point. They've already subbed, no? Didn't they play before LCD last time? Or am I crazy? Also if they're not playing JulySquatch, I'm going to cut someone's balls off.

You're right, it was sub-sub , but it went BSS -> National -> Vampire Weekend -> MMJ.

Unless there are 6 Mumford sized headliners, I think that the National would headline Sasquatch now. But now that I'm thinking about it more, it seems a little weird they'd be one of the three biggest names on a weekend.
But I fucking love this band. Their 2010 set is one of my favorite Sasquatch sets of all time.

They were definitely rad in 2010 (that night will go down in history for me, by ending with that MMJ show), but I'm not sure I'd consider The National being booked all that huge a fish!
I want Atoms for Peace there so bad!

Even if they're a subheadliner (which I think is the likely scenario) it's still a much bigger confirmation than we should reasonably expect to have at this point. Usually we'll only get bands on the lower half of the poster, with only a few notable exceptions.

Run the Jewels is out. I tweeted Killer Mike and El-P this morning about playing Sasquatch and El-P replied that they're not booked. That sucks. A lot.

It can't really come as a surprise though, since both of them played last year. Despite having new material together as a group, it's still pretty rare to have back to back appearances.

Good news on Run The Jewels is that pair is not going to stop working together any time soon. I hope we get them at Sasquatch 2015.

I was just hoping they would be more likely to repeat since they played separately last year, their album came out after last year's festival, and they have another one coming out this year. Plus I know for a fact that Mike had a spiritual experience last year, so I figured he would be pulling to coming back this year. I guess shit just didn't work out. But, like the guy says, there's always next year.

Looks like I have nine confirmations and one strong possibility for Squatch. Got my list compiled, just waiting for a few more to trickle in before posting it. Tomorrow at the latest. Y'all like orchestras? Seattle Rock Orchestra performs Daft Punk?
