With Deafheaven being confirmed, lets hope AZ goes somewhat of a FFF route with the lineup this year in regards to Metal/Punk

Snacks favourited my tweet asking "Deafheaven at MaySquatch? Please let it be MaySquatch" I know it's not a concrete confirmation for that weekend but certainly could warrant placement in the MaySquatch rumour section. Either way, I am so stoked on Deafheaven at Sasquatch!

Haha, just let me have this. I could only afford May tickets.

I'm pretty sure he meant segregating the lineup into genres like FFF does. I'm all for having metal/hardcore acts at Sasquatch but there's no need to make it 1/3rd of the lineup.

Maybe not 1/3, but 1/4 would be ok with me. 1/4 metal/punk, 1/4 electronic, 1/4 hip hop, and 1/4 whatever the hell the kids are listening to these days. That would be my recipe for a prefect festival.

Half Moon Run is supporting City and Colour on their Canadian tour. If we're rumo(u)ring City and Colour, should we rumo(u)r Half Moon Run too?

I'm all for imaginative bookings and I think Deafheaven is a great choice but Sasquatch isn't going to completely ditch their formula like that. This is still primarily an Indie/Alternative festival.

Landed a pretty big fish today. Obviously means Primus is playing again. Or perhaps landed a big "Phish".
