Maybe we'll get Kris Novocelic and Dave Grohl with hologram Kurt Cobain. Haha, celebration of the 20 year anniversary for In Utero. Good grief, that would be hilarious.

If it did happen, I'm afraid I would have to do my best Cobain impression and deep throat a shotgun barrel.

I would love to see them book CHVRCHES again, bummed I missed them last year.
As for bands that should be / are definitely releasing new material in the near future: CHROMEO always makes for a good dance party. SPOON would be a more than solid subheadliner. It almost seems like a foregone conclusion that THE HEAD AND THE HEART will be on the poster for one of the two weekends. THE BLACK KEYS were reportedly in the studio last year, and would make for a popular Mumford-esque headliner. Any of Jonny Jewel's projects (who are constantly releasing new music) would be amazing, though CHROMATICS would be particularly awesome.

Ha! Somebody can't read. Well in that case, they don't touch the west coast at all, which seems fishy. They do have both Coachella weekends totally free so I'd be shocked if they weren't playing there, but a Summersquatch performance would be welcome in my book.

Moby Live. Watched part of the stream last night with a full band and choir. He was performing his new album for a set, then he was going to play a greatest hits set by request, but I didn't see that part. Cool shit. He has been doing dj gigs for the last few years, but maybe with this new album he will start performing more live shows again.

Thanks for taking the time to educate me and to clarify your opinions and I never meant any disrespect to you or anyone else who posts here. Wonk really needs to work on his trolling, what is the point of trawlling if the only one getting the "lelz" is the troll. People are trying to have a civil conversation of what-if's and personal opinions and he comes in sounding like a neckbeared butthurt basement dweller. It's okay if you need attention dude, I'm sure someone will give you that hug that you need.

Mogwai is heading to the studio to record a new album and already have European tour dates in February... Crossing my fingers for this one!

I feel like Mike Patton is long overdue for a Sasquatch appearance, in one of his many forms. Tomahawk would be most likely, as they just put out an incredible new album this year, though I would prefer either Fantomas or John Zorn's Moonchild Trio. For that matter, any of John Zorn's many incarnations would be a very welcome (though highly unlikely) addition.

I'm not sure if I'm gunna be able to make it, but I'll do my best. I'll be sure to mention it to Iyad. He has a weird work schedule most of the time, so I can't promise anything, but I'll try.

Back on topic, can we seriously get Neil Young this year? Last year's psych-out due to our own ignorance was brutal.

With Juan MacLean's new album coming out in the next few months, I'd be pretty surprised if he didn't end up on the lineup. Not sure if he's ever played there before, but he'd continue the nice tradition of funky DFA artists bringing the dance party.
