mgmt was originally planned but cancelled due to fact that they decided to record a new cd instead and cancel the bulk of their summer tour. This according to the end Well that sucks. Would have been sweet.

agreed i was really hoping for them the end killed my buzz. I'm just hoping for one or two decent size adds as i know most will be either yeti or wookie and maybe some comedy adds.

Anyone think Jenny Lewis is a possible add? She's playing these dates around Sasquatch time:
04-13 Pomona, CA - Glass House 04-14 Solana Beach, CA - Belly Up 04-15 Sacramento, CA - Empire 04-18 Indio, CA - Coachella 05-27 Santa Cruz, CA - Rio Theatre * 05-28 San Francisco, CA - The Fillmore * 05-29 San Francisco, CA - The Fillmore * 05-30 Portland, OR - Roseland * 05-31 Seattle, WA - Showbox @ Market *
Does the Seattle date make it less likely?

I would say very very unlikely. Two other bands that will be in the area around Sasquatch are The Dears and Fisherspooner, but they both have Seattle shows and seem unlikely.

Apparently Trouble Andrew and Amanda Blank are touring with Santigold.
I hope to the heavens that this means they will be at Sasquatch

One very possible rumor for a comedian is Jay Mohr he's in Washington on the 21st and the 23rd he's in bc but the 24 and 25 are blank for him. Just a thought

From the "it would be nice" arena, Soundgarden reunited minus Chris Cornell played three songs recently in Seattle. What a great addition for a Monday night Headliner and that would sell some tickets.

I wouldn't mind seeing some Jay Mohr. I just don't know how feasible it is to go to the comedy tent. Do you lose a bunch of time waiting in line or is it pretty easy to get in and out?

Idk why Jay Mohr got shot down ( i remember your post, it got my hopes up lol) he seems to fit the vibe of the show somewhat and it makes perfect sense for his shcedule plus it seems monday and sunday have one less comedian that saturday so it's very possible i would think.

Last night I had a dream that Franz Ferdinand were added as the headliner for Monday. Not sure that it counts as a rumour though hah. I'm down with that. They don't come to the states that much but I got to see them at Bonnaroo in 07. It was a good show but they were playing a bunch of new stuff that I am lots more familiar with now. They definitely had a feel good old school rocking live vibe that was fun to see. I don't know if they would be the headliner over Ben Harper but they would be above Badu probably and it would keep a lot of the indie/rocker heads to stay for Monday. If they add someone big for Monday they are going to have to bring more ticket sales.
