I definitely do. I blame it on morning traffic.
Wait...did he delete his account? Over that?

I think it is great. They can also differ the focus of the music. More music = better.

Remember that magical weekend that happens once a year? Next year it's happening twice. I literally had a dream last night that I was getting ready to go to sasquatch again even though I had just gone. Like everyone else, I have mixed feelings at this point. Too many questions yet to answer...

Too many questions yet to answer... Exactly. I'm sure there will be many ifs, ands and buts. (Hehe, I said butts.) BUT, right now I'm feeling positive about it. I'm sure livenation and snacks will find a way to suck that positivity out of me somehow though.

Damn, didn't expect that to be the final blow to spicypie! If there was a time to leave the board due to abuse, it was definitely back when we berated him for defending scalpers. This was much less harsh than that!

Hmmm....I'll reserve judgement until we get more details. Right now I can't help but appreciate the fact that they're willing to try something totally new in the festival game.

I'm not a fan.
We lose a day. I liked the half day Friday because it gave me more time to hang out in camping and meet new people without missing any music.
I have to pick which lineup I like better or do both. I am no a fan of the idea of spending July 4th at the Gorge. Probably too hot for me to enjoy it as much as in May.
They should have just left Sasquatch the same and made a new festival. They are way too cocky after the demand this year. ONE time have they had a sellout in a few hours and that was because of Mumford and Mackelmore. I really don't think overall demand for this festival has changed at all.

I can't help but think details won't come our way until february though, Sasquatch is always terrible about staying connected to fans throughout the year. I'm very interested in seeing how this all plays out for them, but for the time being I'm satisfied seeing it from the outside while I try something new. I'll be back Sasquatch, hopefully in 2014 you work out all your growing pains and by '15 or '16 I'll be ready for more.

Seeing that May is probably out for me, this second weekend opens a world of possibilities. I, for one, love the idea of having an April Coachella and July Sasquatch. I might just make it back to the Gorge next year!

True that. The first big reveal will be the ticket presale prices which we should get in several months. Worst case scenario, I pick the one weekend all my Sasquatch family is going and hope for the best.

I don't feel like this is losing a day, I feel more like it's expanding to 6 days. That is, of course, providing that I can afford to go to both, which is pretty much the biggest question for me right now. That and convincing my boss to let me have two major summer holiday weekend off work. Personally, I prefer the gorge in July to May, but I've always been more tolerable of heat than cold.

I feel like the second weekend will have the better of the lineups.

Expanding to 6 days at the cost of double the ticket price (probably)!
I want it to be february already just so I can see how this all plays out! Will they sell out right away again? Will both weekends flop? I WANT TO KNOW!

I'll probably still get a May ticket presale and wait and see on the July one.
If tickets are more than $250 though that is some bullshit.

It would be mildly upsetting if the ticket prices didn't lower at all, not to mention if they actually went up. Somehow I can't see them lowering the price though, even with the loss of a day. Livenation is not in the business of lowering prices on ANYTHING, EVER.
