Leave CHVRCHES early, inflate things and dance for 20-30 minutes then bounce next door.
I said fairly reasonable, that's a cakewalk compared to some other times. Hell I have a 3 way conflict Friday at 1.

So far it's not looking too bad! My only super bad conflict is Bonobo/Nicolas Jaar/Glitch Mob/Chromeo on Friday yeowtch. There's some overlappers that I'm pissed I won't be able to see a full set from either, like Banks/CHVRCHES and MS MR/Jagwar Ma and I'm super grumpy at the QOTSA/Mogwai and Disclosure/Arcade Fire conflicts, but hey! Could have been much, much worse. HOLY SHIT SO EXCITED CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE FREAKING WEEK.

I hope to have to backtrack from this question when they're added in two days, but: WHY ISN'T OUTKAST ON THE WEBCAST SCHEDULE?!!!!!
In before someone preaches the merits of going to a concert without knowing what's going to happen.

In before someone preaches the merits of going to a concert without knowing what's going to happen. The schedules are often pretty flexible and they sometimes add like 30 minutes of a headliners set. I'd keep an eye on the webcast that afternoon to see if they update it.

I'm watching some of the live stream right now, and fuck, The Afghan Whigs are so incredibly great live. WHY CAN'T THEY BE AT SASQUATCH!
I've also realized that I do not like Haim.

I can't believe Coachella cut off their headliner. Especially when they want them to be happy and put on a good show again in a week.
But to be honest, Andre did not seem like he was having a good time. I thought Big Boi brought it, but Dre didn't want to be there. He's going to have to change his attitude if this reunion tour is going to be a success. After 1 show, it seems like he's already had too much touring.

I'm watching the stream of their set right now and Dre is jumping around and having a blast! I have no idea what you're talking about! pitchfork.com/news/54751-outkast-bring-out-janelle-monae-and-future-at-coachella/Edit: Upon further inspection, he definitely could've had a little more energy later in the set. A lot of his solo songs are kind of slow and sexy, but still, he could've been much more hyped up. Hope they work out some kinks as they keep touring!

I only watched the first few minutes because I didn't want any spoilers, but I wouldn't read too much into Andre's performance yet. It was their first time performing together in front of people in ten years and it should take a few shows for them to get fully back in the vibe. Keep in mind too that Andre was always the more introverted of the two and Big Boi has been touring pretty consistently while Dre has been taking time off, so he shouldn't need as time warm up. Plus, some of his solo songs (like The Love Below) have never been performed live; I would have been surprised if he had knocked it out of the park on the first try. I'm confident that they will be in full swing the time they get to Sasquatch.
Tl;Dr? "People stop the madness cuz Big and Dre be ok."

EDIT: I put it all in a spoiler tag in case you don't want to know what happened! Don't click it if you don't want my opinions about OutKast's Coachella set!The opening suite of B.O.B./Gasoline Dreams/ATLiens/Skew It On the Bar-B/Rosa Parks was absolutely amazing, but I thought the set fell off after that. I didn't like that Dre left the stage so early and for so long (although that polar bear was pretty sweet), and they never recovered once he came back. I know he was having problems hearing himself (it seemed like he requested to hear himself more after almost every song) and that they were having issues with time. I mean, Dre stopped Future early so they could get back to OutKast tracks. All day online, OutKast and Big Boi were promoting that their set time was moved up to 11:05 so they could get through all their hits, but they still didn't start until 11:30. Clearly not everything went they way it was supposed to, but Dre was clearly frustrated, and the good performers should not let those problems get to them on stage. I mean, did you see how disinterested he was during "Hey Ya!" EDIT 2: I know "Ghetto Musick" was on Speakerboxxx, but it was co-written and produced by Dré and features him. He should have been there for that track. Those two together for that song would have made for a better transition to Dré's solo set from Big Boi's solo set. Additionally, I don't hate Idlewild as much as many people do, but I'm happy they didn't touch it last night. I have too many thoughts about that set.

I don't often say this anymore, but Spin felt pretty much the same way I did about OutKast's set: www.spin.com/articles/coachella-2014-best-sets-outkast-girl-talk-friday/Don't click it if you don't want my opinions about OutKast's Coachella set!The opening suite of B.O.B./Gasoline Dreams/ATLiens/Skew It On the Bar-B/Rosa Parks was absolutely amazing, but I thought the set fell off after that. I said I wouldn't watch any of the streams this weekend 'cause I didn't want to spoil anything for myself, but I've been reading a bit of the thread on the Coachella forums about the streams and hot damn is it ever getting me pumped! Especially for the Pet Shop Boys who were already my top must-see for the weekend and now even moreso! Just three more days 'til I leave!! Exclamation points!!!

The Capital Cities set was the best I've seen of the live streams. They had the entire crowd jumping at the end! Groovy!

I'm dreading the inevitable shitshow I'm going to experience Thursday morning when I fly into PSP (assuming I don't get pooped), get a ride to the venue, walk through security with my luggage into camping, and then somehow locate the group. I can't even think of a way to make this go easier. I think I'm fucked.
