I can't think about anything else. When I try to do work during the day I end up spacing out thinking about the campgrounds for multiple hours every day. I started packing today too, and I also baked two batches of medicated cookies. Made about 30 snickerdoodles, and 20 peanut butter cookies. They are delicious. If I see you guys, I'll definitely give you some.
You know what makes me excited about Sasquatch????? THIS MOTHER FUCKIN EMAIL YEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH WOOOOOOOOO
Now I can give a wristband to my friend who could only afford to go if it were free, and I can sell the other to my friend for a marginal cost to help offset my ticket purchase. This is the best day ever.
It is with great pleasure that I can inform you that you have been selected as the winner of two 4-day tickets (with camping) for Sasquatch! Music Festival, at the Gorge Amphitheater in Quincy WA, which starts on the 24th of May.
Please get back to me as soon as you can confirming that you would like to attend, and I will make the arrangements for you to pick up the tickets on the day of the show from the 'Will Call' at the venue on your arrival.
Due to the fact that this show is only 4 days away - I will need a reply within 24 hours.
My contest was the Global Citizen thing they posted a few weeks back. You had to use their website and "share" stuff through social media to earn points. Once you had enough points you could enter to win tickets to a whole bunch of concerts all over the country, including sasquatch. I don't think very many people went through the time to gather those points, so I must've had a good chance of winning since I had the maximum of 3 entries!
FUCK YEAH I'M SO EXCITED! SASQUATCH BEGINS IN 3 DAYS! YEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHHH

Sweet. Sounds like you were a bit more diligent about it than I have been. My friend is a huge stoner, so it's hard to get him moving too quickly on these kinds of things. We've been going to the Gorge together since '94 and if the guys at Blu eCigs don't come through, this might be the first I've ever gone without him. It'll be kinda weird.
I've been trying my ass off to win a free ticket for my friend. He went with us to Sasquatch in 2011 and we had an absolute blast. It was a random coincidence that he was going to be in town right before the festival starts but he just graduated from grad school with his Master's degree so he is too poor to afford to go. He would have the free time and motive to go if I could get him a free ticket, which I just did. I'm the best friend ever! He also just seriously got his fucking MASTERS degree so he needs a festival to celebrate to the fullest potential.
I think in all I've entered over 20 contests to win a pair, and some of them had daily entries so if you count that then I've probably entered almost 40 times to win a ticket for this guy. I work from home so I've got all the free time on the computer in the world to do this type of thing though.
