Least excited I've ever been for a Sasquatch. Not sure why. I'm sure it will hit me soon, but so far the freakout isn't even close to happening. Might have something do with the fact that I'm not even sure I'll be able to afford gas for the drive, much less any other expenses.

So while I get we have a general meetup area at any given show... should we designate a show that we will all do our best to get our buns to? Has this already been decided and I just don't pay attention? Something on Friday maybe?
"I've been single for awhile and I have to say, it's going very well. Like... it's working out. I think I'm the one." Emily Heller.
Even though most of this season was mediocre, I'M STILL SO HAPPY COMMUNITY GOT RENEWED! Wooooo!
Ugh, did it really? I'll be honest, I stopped watching after the puppet episode. I just couldn't take it anymore; it was fucking painful watching those characters becomes so two-dimensional. Even Abed got horribly uninteresting.
Worse, I would just sit there and not laugh at it for twenty minutes at a time. And the Chang shit just HAS to fucking stop.
I guess I'm happy that it got pulled back from the brink of the abyss or whatever; that it didn't just die its ignominious death and disappear like it was going to. I'm conceptually happy about that, although the purist in me wishes it had just died and remained a perfect thing after season 3.
I'm glad the Chang stuff stopped near the end of the season. It was definitely way too much and not very funny. The episode where Abed and Troy was the best of the season by far in my opinion, it was the first time all season that I got consistent laughs and actually enjoyed the story.
And so yes, I agree, in theory I'm very happy they got renewed. This season was meh, but Jim Rash showed that the episodes he can write have the potential to live up to the old days. Hopefully next season learns from this season's mistakes, but that's wishful thinking.
