Don't you, uhh, worry about why your toddler is screaming...? He's a loud kid in general and is with my wife when I have to sleep early. It's not the "I hurt myself" kind of screaming, it's excited screaming.

So I just had a quick question about Premiere Camping. My friends and I all bought presale tickets for Sasquatch this year through LiveNation and none of us had the option to buy a premier camping spot. I had heard (somewhere?) that you could buy a premier camping spot separately, but they seemed to only be on sale with a ticket purchase. I was wondering if it is possible to buy a spot without buying another ticket? And/or if you've ever come across people scalping premier camping spots?

Premiere camping is now sold out so you won't have the option to buy separately, though I do believe that you can when they are available. You may occasionally see them come up for sale on craigslist, but it is admittedly a lot more rare then the standard festival pass.
Stubhub more then likely has a few, unfortunately.

If I have a premiere camping pass, what's a fair price to sell it for? And do you think someone would buy it at the venue on that Friday?

Trueeee that. Well, I'll be selling it when I get there on Friday, for face value. If anyone would like a Premiere pass just PM and I'll try and meet up with you.

They're really hard to come by so you shouldn't have any problem selling it, especially if you sell it before you get there. Selling it Friday might be a bit more difficult since at least half the people will have settled into their campsites by then, but probably still wouldn't be very hard.

My 2c on premier camping (camped District 9 three times and premier once):
I only went premier last year because my friends wanted to. In my mind the shuttle/shower would be out weighed by meeting less people and paying more.
After my experience, in my opinion you definately get what you pay for. Mostly the space and the shuttle sold me. I had one shower last year with almost no line, but I don't really care too much about that, it was the first shower I've had at Sasquatch ever. We had a bunch of vehicles and just had so much more space than regular camping to play camp games etc.
That said, for anyone new to Sasquatch, it's definately not necessary by any means. Unless you really really hate camping and noise you don't NEED premier. It's just nice. I think what they charge is fair. It's not a rip-off at all. You just need to decide for yourself if it's worth it for you to get those perks.

On a separate note, I do have a question for anyone who remembers what premier was like last year. My memory is a bit foggy. Does anyone remember if they physically put the wristbands on you for premier when you drive through, or do you have to wait in a line to get them with your ticket?
I'm asking because we have friends arriving later who would like to split the cost of my premier pass. They would fit into my car only they are arriving late Friday night. Does anyone have experience trying to score extra permier wristbands for friends that haven't arrived yet? If they just hand them to the driver when you drive in I was thinking about trying to convince a couple randoms to fill the seats out of Sasquatch good will.

The main reasons my friends and I have done premier the past 4 years after a year in general are basically the extra space and the generally older crowd that likes to sleep once 1 or 2am comes around.
Regarding your second post, they've always handed us the wristbands when we check in at the campground entrance and give them our premier ticket, and we put them on ourselves. They're only required to give you as many wristbands as you have people legally seated in your vehicle, however if you get a particularly nice person at the gate they might give you extras. I've heard of a few cases of that happening, but it's not very common.

Hey y'all, I am a first time squasher this year and decided to do the premiere camping. I am super stoked for the events to unfold and the good times to roll. The only question I can't seem to answer threw my own research is weather or not there is fire pits on the camping sites and if so are they individual to site or one big common fire pit? Also from what I am understanding Thursday night is a big shit show around the park, is that rite??

Absolutely no open fires anywhere. The Gorge is in a desert that would easily light on fire if the conditions were correct.
Thursday night is quite the party.

The term "camping" that we use here basically just means sleeping outside. In no other way is it really camping, especially with regard to fires. No fires.

Hi Guys, I am a Sasquatch newbie. I lived in PDX for a short amount of time and didn't get a chance to go to Sasquatch until now. I live in LA and just got a wristband (Unfortunately from a scalper) and have my flight booked/car rented etc. BUT I just found out from my Portland friends that I was supposed to tag along with that they have an RV and got a premier upgrade. There is no room in the RV.
Can I drive myself, park in the GA area and then join my friends in the premier camping area? Is there a limit as to how many can camp on one premier pass? Any intel regarding this would be fantastic. Thanks much.

They basically need to beg for an extra wristband when entering the premiere grounds. Otherwise you won't be able to enter premiere regardless of where you park your car.

Normally your friends rolling into premier get wristbands for those that are in their vehicle. Perhaps they can get extra premier wristband but maybe not. You cannot enter premier camping without a wristband. Then can come into general camping but no entrance to premier without the wristband. Sort of luck of the draw unfortunately. Rules are though that one premier wristband for each person in your vehicle so if you are not in the vehicle they are not supposed to give them an extra wristband. Hope it works out OK for you.

Wow - thank you so much guys for your response. I really hope I can make it. I don't know anyone else going to Sasquatch other than the folks in the RV so don't want to be stuck alone in the GA area. Hope I can work something out!

If I were you I'd get there first, park in general camping, and then hop into their RV before they head into premiere so you can get a wristband. Then after you have the wristband you could try to move your car beside them (might not work) or just move all your gear over into premiere.
Otherwise, like rustuuuuuuu said, it's not that hard to make friends in general!
