You know he has more songs than Thrift Shop, right? I assume most of Macklemore's haters think that's the only song he's ever written. There's a whole lot more material than that one ridiculously-overplayed song.

Macklemore just broke a record by having his first two debut singles reach the top 2 spots on the charts. Without any major record label backing. What he's doing is pretty much unheard of and it has the potential to change the record industry as we know it. 10 years from now, The Heist will be the album people talk about when they all about how everything changed.

He also has the song that's on that Microsoft commercial during every commercial break on Hulu that makes me want to slam my skull in to a wall. Other than that, I actually have no problem with his music at all. I'm just a much bigger Vampire Weekend fan so seeing Mack is kind of out of the question.

Cbats hated Macklemore before Pitchfork said it was cool.

I'm pretty sad that we never got a Pitchfork Macklemore review. I doubt it would be as wonderful as their Childish Gambino review but it'd still be worth reading.

No, it'd be a really pretentious number like 3.6 or something. As if there's a fucking difference between a 3 and a 4 if you're reviewing it anyways.

Would have been a 4.0 or something around there. I actually forgot that they occasionally let Noz review records and he's been pretty upfront about not hating Macklemore. They'd probably let him review it just to make people confused when he gives it a 6.5. That said, they aren't going to review it because there is no point. Everyone knows who he is and has an opinion already. There's no room for any actual criticism at this point.

Because a hairstyle is the ultimate indicator of someone's artistic talent.
Also his hair is rad and I wish I could pull it off.

Man, have you seen that Robert Smith guy's hair? It's so wild and whacky that I just have to assume his band is shit.

Isn't he that weirdo that sung over a Crusty Castles track? Yeah, and his hair ruined it.

Hair ruins everything, and that's why I only listen to Moby now.
