Hmm, no leaving the campground this year, that's new.
They've actually said that for a couple years now, but they always have a procedure set up when we leave the campground. Not saying they will or won't enforce this rule this year, but they've definitely made it sound like this was the case for the last few years.
I got my wristband on Monday but was too lazy to upload a picture. Finally having it and my premier pass in hand really cranked up the excitement level for me.
Regarding the no in/out rule for the campground, they've always backed down and started letting people come and go after the initial mass of people coming into the campground dies down on Friday. I could almost guarantee that by mid-day Friday they'll be letting people come and go just like they have in past years.
Also no illegal substances. Does that mean pot is actually OK to bring it but alcohol isn't?
Pot is legal to possess (up to a certain amount), however it's not legal to smoke it in a public place. If you're smoking in the confines of your campsite it's highly doubtful anyone is going to waste their time giving you shit for it, but I'd expect to be turned away if you try to bring it into the amphitheater and they notice it during bag checks.
