I agree scough. I loved Empire about 3 years ago and they kind of fell off my playlist since then. I have been making a point to go through the lineup and last week I listened to them on the way into work all week. In my opinion they will be a perfect late night spot.

Yeah Gary, I used to be way into EOTS but they kinda fell off the map...I'm stoked they are gonna be at sasquatch though I hear their live performances are incredible.

I really like how many albums are coming out right before Sasquatch this year from the artists. I'm looking forward to new ones from Holy Ghost, Chvrches, Built To Spill, Vampire Weekend, Empire of the Sun, possibly a Bloc Party EP, Disclosure, Danny Brown. I'm sure there's more, all I know is there's going to be a lot of fresh music to keep me in the Sasquatch mood all the way up to the fest.

Never heard anything about him prior to lineup announcement, but Bombino seems like a fun and interesting act - seems different from anything else at the festival.

One of my favorite things is to have a bunch of new tunes to listen to after the fest, songs and albums that I may have overlooked when making my pre-fest playlists...It helps carry me through the summer and get me amped for the next year...

Sorry - last one for the day, I promise. Not sure why this one struck a chord with me. It could be because the video reminds me of David Lynch (I might have a David Lynch hangup) - I half-way expected a backwards-talking dwarf in a suit to jump out during the scene with all the people sitting on a couch. Anyhow, this could be a really interesting new-to-me find as well.

Sorry I wasn't exactly sure where it would be most appropriate. I thought since both will be at Sasquatch this year people unfamiliar with their music would see it, have a listen and enjoy.

Haha I owe you an apology...I had just woken up and thought you said Bonobo not Bombino!

Thanks for all the tips you guys!
I'm really digging: Caveman, Black Mountain, Odesza, and The Wild Feathers
