It took me a long time to realize that it wasn't intentional, but then I had to remind myself that anything suspicious looking like that is almost always a word . Very awesome incident of it occurring though.

Best possible use of that . I hear you on Torche and Red Fang being too damn early, dude. I'll probably end up missin' both.

Edward Sharpe Yeah yeah, I know, no Primus. Just not my style of music. I'm sure I'll go and I'm sure it'll be a great show, just not what I'm excited for right now.

I like a lot of stuff, but let's just exile Macklemore. If exiling is a must, let it be the XX. If you dislike Macklemore, cool, but you're going to miss the biggest party of the weekend.

Macklemore is going to be he highest energy set of the festival. Friday night while everyone is fresh with the guy who has been playing the side stages for years finally getting the chance to headline the mainstage of his hometown festival. He is likely going to put on the best show of his career and the vibe is going to be insane.

I guess I'll explain why I dislike Macklemore, as a member of the LGBT community I've always been wary of the commercialization of LGBT culture. So when people like Azealia Banks, Macklemore, Lady Gaga, etc. have their stuff pushed out and categorized as LGBT community work or what have you it feels like they're using part of an intricate and sensitive part of my personality to sell albums and tickets. It irks me.

I can definitely feel what your saying there. While I admittedly have a different perspective on it, when I listen to Same Love I don't feel he wrote it to exploit anyone for fame. To me, it sounds more like a heartfelt tribute to his uncle. If anyone, I blame Ellen DeGeneres for trying to make him a poster child for the LGBT community which he clearly isn't.

Oh I definitely agree, I don't think he's doing it as part of exploitation, but I feel like it is being used by individuals who make money off the artists. It especially made my raise my eyebrow when both Azealia Banks and Macklemore were announced on the same card.
Either way, I'm a much larger fan of Vampire Weekend than anything else. Love listening to them when I work out, so I might move from them to Baauer, or I might catch the tail end of Macklemore because I at least think it's a historical event.
