Okay, this seems fun. The suspense is starting to really get to me. I'm trying to picture it night by night, so bear with me...

What is with people thinking that the Knife will sub-head? That is fucking absurd.

What is with people thinking that the Knife will sub-head? That is fucking absurd. Is it, though? If Girl Talk can subhead for Pretty Lights, if DFA1979 can do the same for Foo Fighters, can't the Knife take that slot supporting (hypothetical example) DeadMau5? I'll admit, I could easily just be overestimating their popularity. Ultimately, I don't really care when/what stage they show up on, I'd just be happy to see them there at all.

Girl Talk and DFA1979 are nowhere in the league of the Knife.

Girl Talk and DFA1979 are nowhere in the league of the Knife. Well, now I'm just genuinely curious to see where they're billed if they make it in. I had been thinking subhead seemed realistic based off their placement on the Primavera poster, but I guess that doesn't mean shit really. Billing in general has become really confusing to me. I'm optimistic that we'll get a great lineup though. As long as Ben Harper doesn't happen again, I'm good.

The Knife has played in the U.S. less than a dozen times. If they are there, they will be headlining. With a fucking bullet. Think Massive Attack slot.

As much as I would love for it to happen, I just don't see any way The Knife plays Sasquatch ... It just seems incredibly unlikely given their current touring schedule and the fact that Coachella couldn't even book them.
I will happily eat my words if Snack's has somehow managed to get them but, until then, I'm not getting my hopes up.

Somebody has it on good authority that The Knife will be playing Sasquatch, or else I would have never considered them. And if they're on the poster, they have to headline. I won't accept it any other way.

I'm pretty much going to have to delete my account and never show my face at Sasquatch again if The Knife doesn't end up on the lineup. Probably should have kept my fucking mouth shut.

Honestly I'm still skeptical, and I will blame nobody if they're not there, because on paper it's so improbable. But I am hopeful.

I will say though, the source that gave me reason to believe that they might actually be at Sasquatch was the only person who was certain they wouldn't be at Coachella. Everyone else was 100% convinced that they would be on that lineup and he stuck to his guns about that. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that the second part of his claim is true. I honestly don't care if I'm right or wrong about MBV, but at this point there is no other band on earth I would rather see on that main stage than The Knife.

I mean, if I was The Knife, and some guy from Seattle named Adam Zacks sent me this fucking picture with an attached note that said, "sup?", I would be all over that shit.

I tweeted Snacks that if he booked The Knife it would be his greatest achievement and he never responded. Which is...good, I guess?

Their first tour dates are close to home and after Coachella, so why open their tour in the US at Coachella instead?

It just seems incredibly unlikely given their current touring schedule and the fact that Coachella couldn't even book them. Who says Coachella tried? It has a lot to do with touring schedules as well. For some reason I really think they are going to play Sasquatch. I make it a point to never hold my breath for an artist but I am really feeling this one. They are playing Primavera the first night so they could fly back to play here. If they are going to play anywhere after this long then the gorge has to be at the top of the list. Or at least it would be if I was them and saw pictures. But they would definitely headline. Fo sho.
