Even 2011 (Foo Fighters year) presale was available for months and after the lineup came out it still took around a week to sell out, so unless things change drastically you won't have a problem getting a ticket if you are moderatly paying attention.

whoever suggested that i change my username, i'm going to have to respectfully decline. That's cool for you, dude, but as you can see you don't have a choice. Your original username was overtly racist and it's not gonna fly.

Tickets Purchased!!!
I just about lost it, I kept getting to the second page where I would have to choose a shipping method, and it wouldn't allow me to select UPS - Canada, which was the only choice for Canada.
I called ticketmaster and got hung up on the first time, so I called back and was about to start ranting when the website decided to accept UPS - Canada.

....and I call to ensure my address is correct because I made a typo, and now they're telling me that they have to refund my $10 I paid for UPS because they can't send UPS to Canada, and my only option is willcall.
I really really really don't want to have to do will call.

unwilling call

...and my tickets are at will call. Ticketmaster claims they have no ability to do anything as Sasquatch/Gorge are printing the tickets/wristbands themselves.
Oh well, I'll just have to get there a few hours earlier.

Adam Zachs doesn't care about Canada people.

Is this just for Canadians? I won't commit to will call. That time of the year is kind of unpredictable for me. Shit always comes up.

I have no idea.
The only options were UPS (for USA), UPS (for Canada), or Will call (for International).
only 1 choice for each, so you're kinda forced. It let me choose UPS Canada (after 20 tries of saying it wouldnt work), but then ticketmaster canceled it on me when I called them...
I've emailed info@sasquatchfestival.com to see whats up, but I'm not too worried. I'm sure I'll get a wristband mailed to me at some point. I'll get a hold of someone by March.

Ya, UPS doesn't ship to Canada? That's bullshit. Yes they do. Ticketmaster is full of shit.

I got that same message, "please choose another shipping method" a few times(shipping to us)...I chalk it up to there being other orders being processed at the same time, after trying a few times, it let me log on and proceed to the payment options...

I'm stunned at the $300 sticker price of these "holiday offer" tickets. That's a pretty solid price hike from last year, if I'm not mistaken. The one benefit is that camping is included in a Sasquatch ticket but $300 bucks is only $50 less than Coachella pre-sale and I'm sorry to say but unless Sasquatch does a mega overhaul of their ticket packages and presentation, food, campground activities, general organization and production, in venue activities and shelters there is no way to justify that slim of a price margin between the two.

Adam Zachs doesn't care about Canada people. That's kinda funny, hey? Considering Canadians seem to pretty significantly outnumber Americans at Sasquatch, Adam Sacks should be hand delivering each ticket package and giving out free blow jobs to our loyal Northern neighbors.

Accelerated Cheese:
I had the exact same experience with the website. If I hadn't called ticketmaster to correct my address, I'd be in the same boat as you. The rep I had on the other end said that UPS was a mistake and that they are never allowed to use UPS to Canada, so she canceled it. I escalated it to a manager and he confirmed. He said I only had 1 option. I'm tempted to call back now and see if another manager says the same thing. I'd way rather know it's coming UPS...
BE-Ro-n-ce:
I've never been to Coachella, but the simple fact that there are 25,000 people at Sasquatch and 110,000 at Coachella is going to influence the ticket price by a huge amount.
Would you rather they reduce the price and jam an extra 10,000 people in the gorge?
Also, if you need your campground activities to be organized by Sasquatch, you're doing Sasquatch wrong.

You're saying presale last year was $285? How was my general sale ticket $290 then?

The presale price has the ticketmaster fee incorporated.
I think the general sale of $290 did not include a $15 ticketmaster fee + $10 shipping fee. = $315

A couple day ago I checked my receipt from last year, and is said $315 a ticket. I got them in the presale following the lineup release.

Would you rather they reduce the price and jam an extra 10,000 people in the gorge? Also, if you need your campground activities to be organized by Sasquatch, you're doing Sasquatch wrong. I'm not sure if you understand how supply and demand works. If there is less of something available and a demand for it than generally the price will go up. If there are less tickets and a demand then one would assume that Sasquatch tickets would be more expensive than Coachella tickets regularly. The fact is that there isn't as high of a demand for Sasquatch tickets as is apparent by the fact that they don't sell out in record time everytime they are offered which is why they have been offered at a cheaper price, in my opinion. I think that Sasquatch being a smaller venue with less demand would offer the ticket at a less competitive price with Coachella which is undoubtly one of the most in demand and largest festivals stateside. It would make no sense to cram 10,000 extra people in a venue that couldn't even maintain it, Coachella has a larger venue and spreads out over two weekends so I'm not entirely sure what your point is there. Or where you are getting this 110,000 number from. Last I heard, only 80,000 to 85,000 people showed up over the 3 days in Weekend 1 which has its own set of variables. Lastly, in terms of campground activities, I mean things to do during the day, campground charging stations, a Farmers Market to get more than slop from, a silent disco in a covered venue and late night organized shows within the campground. Sorry to break it to you, but after hammering my brain into matter multiple days, I would have killed so see a snake charmer play an Oboe, danced in a covered area or slept without Red Bull tent blasting Black Eyed Peas in my life.
