We don't know. If information was available, you would have been able to google it five times faster than it took you to start this thread. Please don't start unnecessary threads.

Early bird tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am Pacific time and will remain on sale until Dec 31st or until they sell out. However, ticket prices have not yet been announced.

Do you think early bird prices will be cheaper than last minute trying-to-get-rid-of-my-ticket prices?

Probably not, but I don't like taking chances when it comes to festival tickets.

$300. It's seriously getting steep. I know I know, it's a value blah blah blah. But most festivals are cheaper or better.

$300. It's seriously getting steep. I know I know, it's a value blah blah blah. But most festivals are cheaper or better. It was $290 presale last year and $285 the year before that, nothing has really changed. Meanwhile Coachella tickets have gone from ~$300 to $350 in the same time, not including camping. I know Coachella isn't Sasquatch but all things considered the price hikes have been pretty reasonable for Sasquatch.

That's true. But $300 is a significant psychological milestone for me. And we don't have Radiohead.

Plus, why should it cost any more? Same festival, same camping, same level of music (roughly speaking). Hard to say why that costs more, other than the general principle of "charge more each year."

That goes for Sasquatch or any festival. Are we paying for the NW hip hop stage?

Plus, why should it cost any more? Same festival, same camping, same level of music (roughly speaking). Hard to say why that costs more, other than the general principle of "charge more each year." Sasquatch price increases have been roughly on pace with inflation and Coachella charges more because they can. They are all businesses trying to make money so charging less when people will pay more doesn't make much sense. Thankfully Sasquatch had a slow (non-existant?) Sellout last year so they know they can't charge much more than last year. 300 is a bit of a mental hurdle though. And we don't have Radiohead. Yet.
