Postal Service WOULD have been a big deal if they had ended up being a NW exclusive. Considering they're on pretty much every lineup in the country and are headlining venues at every city in between, it ends up not being such a big deal after all.
We're all gonna watch 'em, they're gonna suck, and we're going to spend the next five years laughing about what a waste of time they were.

...unless they suck. Let's face it: Ben Gibbard is NOT the most dynamic performer out there, and the thing that was always appealing about Give Up is that it is generally nothing more or less than pleasant.
It's not like I'm expecting a killer live show. I'm more excited to experience fond, nostalgic songs performed to a crowd who've probably never heard them live. A cool stage presence would be nice, but it won't affect my enjoyment of the music itself.
