Well, that's my assumption. Either that or Stormy is plagiarizing my opinions. Love is a compromise, wonk. Bleep bloop I am a lifeless robot lady. Tell me what to say... Ok but I think what he meant was not that we never talk about things together after seeing them (that would be weird and boring) but we spend all day apart and often still post very similar things when not around talking about it. We do have strikingly similar interests, but we make up for that in major personality differences. If it is noticeable, then you have eyes I guess. Like I said, it is a combination of things. I certainly don't agree with him to gain any kind of approval. He and everyone else can either like me for who I am or take a walk. I specifically stated something like, "do you convince each other," so it wouldn't come off as me pointing the finger, but I've never heard you two differ on an opinion of a live show. I have much better taste than HG in what constitutes a good show, and we disagree often. Maybe you actually disagree with me just as often but don't feel it necessary to talk out of your ass just to be contrary?

My apologies for the clowning around, maybe now we can get back to brass tacks on the forum subject.

I have half a mind to move the roughly 20% of this thread that has been posted today. It is entirely full of Primavera lineup discussion and tomfoolery.

But Primavera relates to Sasquatch rumours.

Sasquatch is not set up in a way that you have to run to get a good spot for a headliner. The main stage is huge and there is tons of room. Even down in the pit if you are along the back there is room. Nobody said that they only watch the headliners but of course we care who they are. Additionally, Kanye and Prince have never been there but you would be a fool to miss them. It seems like you see a band more for your own reputation than because you want to see them. I love everything about this post but Kanye was actually at Sasquatch in 05 and it was amazing. Lots of talk about how amazing 2010's lineup was today (it was) but I think 05 was still the gold standard lineup. It was only one day and yet at least five of the bands that played that day could headline today.Exactly five could headline today. There is no sixth.

Can people from Calgary complain? We miss out on quite a bit that other "major" cities get. We can complain. No one on this board, other than Albertan's, has the right to bitch about the lack of bands that roll through their town. Calgary gets shit compared to rest of the cities represented here.
