Foxygen is like this years early MGMT, Hockey, Foster the People, so they'll probably be there.

I think they just need to get a charter jet from Australia for Empire of the Sun, Dr. Don Don, The Avalanches, Grafton Primary, Midnight Juggernauts and for good measure Iva Davies and AC/DC.

I'm pretty sure it's already been said, but...
NO COVER BANDS PLEASE!!!
Which is how I view Alice In Chains sans Layne, even though it's technically Jerry Cantrell's band.

Personally, I can't wait to see the Seattle Rock Orchestra performing the songs of Sublime with Rome

They don't really sound like any of those bands and they're on Jagjaguwar, not a major label. I kind of hope they end up at Sasquatch now. Album's streaming on Pitchfork Advance if anyone is curious.

Whatever, they're still called Foxygen They sound like they grew up with a few Donavon records and loved Wes Anderson soundtracks. Which maybe would be a good place for inspiration, but they literally sound exactly like that and nothing more. As if they put both of those elements in a blender (along with a tender heart) and let their precious kid sister, who probably gives her shoes human names and actively converses with them on the bus ride to school, name the band.

Maybe this year they will do an all acoustic Sasquatch and the headliner will be James Taylor and special guests Cher.

The National are playing a show at the Barclays Center on June 5th. So they'll be playing shows around the Sasquatch time.

I feel like Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds are going to be at Coachella based on their dates. I know that Sasquatch generally doesn't have the same highly booked acts as Sasquatch but I am curious where you guys think that they would be slotted at Coachella. Do you think they would do both festivals?

That would be fucking awesome. Sasquatch, that is, because I can't go to Coachella.
