Just heard that The Appleseed Cast are coming out with a new one in 2013. I hope that means a tour and stops in the PNW because they put a wicked show on.

I want to got to a festival curated by Badchoices and CHUD. I think it would actually be the most intense and serious sets of music ever curated on earth and I would come away from it with a PhD in existentialism and fresh laser tattoo removal scars on my arms.

No shit? I wonder if they'll tour. Only if you ask Jesus for it in your prayers.

If I went into a church and prayed for David Byrne and St. Vincent to show up I'd probably burst into flame.

If I went into a church and prayed for David Byrne and St. Vincent to show up I'd probably burst into flame. I feel we've brought this little song and dance as far as it needed to go. David Byrne is really that Satanically combustible in your mind? St. Vincent's a fucking Saint!

I've only listened to Marry Me, which was pretty fucking dark lyrically.

You are my favorite of the new crop because you like Kraftwerk. How many dates would you go to if they brought their 8-albums-in-8-days residency thing to Seattle? Keep in mind we would be paying around $100 per show. I would do at least the first three. At least 4. Autobahn, Radioactivity, Man Machine, and Computer World. All of those would be necessary if I wanted to continue my existence as a human. I would spend $100 for each of those shows in a heartbeat. You would skip Trans-Europe Express? That's like, the quintessential Kraftwerk masterpiece, dude. Very necessary, especially if you want to continue your evolution into robot.

Fuck, you're right. Maybe I would drop Radioactivity for that if I had to pick only 4. Computer World and Man Machine are necessary for me, though - I grew up listening to those as a kid, they provided the soundtrack to many of my formative years.
