I fucking hate Jimi Hendrix so much. Jack White does nothing for me.
The answer is going to be something completely out of left field, like Vampire Weekend or some shit. Hell, even Gramma admitted to enjoying them by the end of their Sasquatch set.
But the real answer is Johnny Cash.

Have you ever seen that Life in Hell where the older brother bunny spends eight panels explaining his favorite graphic novels and their characters and then the little brother bunny just says "I like Pie-Pie", and the other bunny says defeatedly, "It's Popeye."? That's how I feel on this message board about 50% of the time.
I like Pie-Pie.

I'm listening to Fever Ray right now and refuse to believe that anyone here doesn't enjoy at least SOMETHING that lady has been involved in.

The Beach Boys were the worst concert that I have ever seen in my life so no, unfortunately I can no longer say that they are the shit. Considering they played 500+ live shows before you were born should eliminate your negative experience 40 years later as a legit opinion. At least one member of the Beatles contributed their "psychedelic change" to the Beach Boys, or more specifically, Brian Wilson.

Did anyone say Al Green? You can't not like AL "MUTHA FUCKIN'" GREEN, can you? Like I mentioned earlier, there are enough people on this board who are youngsters, and never spent time listening to old skool motown, or funk. Al Green, Marvin Gaye and Otis Redding are therefore out, for a similar reason Elvis is out. From a funk standpoint, Parliament, Earth Wind and Fire, and even the Gap Band are out. Jazz and classical is out as well, even though some of us appreciate the genre. Like really, who hates Mozart? Who would say Mozart is the shit though? We've already established people hate Zappa, and he is as close to Mozart or Beethoven as we've experienced in the last 50 years, yet only a few of us think he's the shit.

BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY IT IS!!!!!!!!! LET'S RIDE, LET'S RIDE, LET'S RIDE, GET HIGH, GET HIGH, GET HIGH. Bones is the shit. Nine Inch Nails is the shit. Jeff Buckley is the shit. Agreed, the Knife is the shit, but I don't think enough regulars regularly listen to them regularly, or regular. The Flaming Lips are still the shit.
