FYI adding sour cream to cake mix makes it incredibly moist and delicious when baked.

The moistest and most delicious cake I ever had was made with apple sauce worked into the ingredients. God damn that was some amazing stuff.

I hate when people dip tortilla chips in sour cream and then folow it up with an immediate salsa dip. That shit mellows out the salsa spice and then you have mild red/white salsa. BOO
Other than that, I am cool with sour cream
