Two things:
1) Emerald City Comic Con is this weekend and I totally forgot. How is it I am always totally broke by the time this thing rolls around?
2) Had an panic/anxiety attack on Monday, and all of yesterday my body was just going crazy. It's better today, but I still catch myself not breathing/with my shoulders tensed up like crazy. I have no idea why this happened but Monday night I felt like there was an anvil on my chest and I could barely breathe for hours. WHAT THE FUCK BODY, STOP THESE SHENANIGANS.

Panic attacks are the absolute worst. I got them for a brief period when I had a bad reaction to a smoking cessation medication. Had to be put on Ativan for a week until it half-lifed out of my system. tust remember that muscle tensing and cramping is from your breathing. Take deep slow breaths.
