So...won a sweet prize package to go to this year and we are going to get a stack of "gorge bucks" for food and such. Anyone know what kind of food they have available? We had to bring all our own essentials last year, so no clue what kind of meals we are looking at here... thanks!

the link tells me there will be $4 beer- which is awesome! I'm just curious about what kind of food will be available as we are relying on the gorge bucks for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for all 5 days...
are we talking all gyros, burgers and fries? hah- shit, I just want to make sure I will be able to get coffee asap in the am!

Yeah man, 'Gorge Bucks' are cool or whatever, but uhhh why wouldn't you just make like a minimal attempt at bringing the shit you need?

"I like a Chai tea and blueberry cream cheese coffee cake for breakfast. Will they have those available for purchase with my Gorge Bucks? Otherwise I have no idea where I will find these things!"

Like I said, it does say some changes are in store in that article but it doesn't say what those changes are... If you can't live on gyros and shit noodles, bring your own.

I would bring everything honestly. Unless they've already told you, I wouldn't count on the Gorge bucks being good for alcohol, and even with the new food vendors, nobody knows if the quality of the food will be something you'll want to eat for 5 days. I'd just use the 'em on lots of merch and maybe a few snacks here and there.

Are there any indications that these "improvements" to amphitheaters will be ready for Sasquatch? That link was from only three days ago and said they had plans to do this stuff. Doesn't mean it's been done already. I'd expect the same exact food they've had in previous years, which is basically noodle bowls, gyros, and other overpriced foods. I'll be pleasantly surprised if they've upgraded the food options.

It said ready in all Live Nation venues for 2012 (except Houston and Toronto). I'm expecting $4 beers - riots if not

If any of those changes are actually awesome, it could sway me back to Sasquatch from Coachella next year.

I will believe those changes when I see them with my very own eyeballs.
If you can survive for four days on fried food and shit noodles I guess you will be fine. I would personally bring some things of my own to snack on.

Cool - I had heard the rumors but hadn't seen any articles citing the changes. While these changes are starting to sound more like fact than fiction, I have to question whether or not it will be in time for Sasquatch 2012 since the article was posted May 18, 2012. Let's cross our fingers!
