To each their own, if you don't really enjoy PL's music then I can understand why you didn't like his show. Wolfgang Gartner on the other hand, holy shit. Speechless. He said on his facebook that his show at Sasquatch was the best show of his life.
Edit: Pea beat me to it about Wolfgang's facebook post. When I came home yesterday at 2am and saw that on facebook I had the biggest smile on my face.

I'd also like to apologize if I was a bit of a drunk asshole before Feed Me started. My extracurriculars hadn't kicked in yet and I was screaming in everyone's faces while riding my whale around the Bigfoot field. Fig was not impressed hahaha.

Also Sarahnator, I honestly forget about the whole "licking my face" incident until you apologize and reminded me ;D

I enjoy his music quite a bit, but couldn't help but feel like PL shouldn't have been the one headlining that night. In a perfect world there would be a buildup to the headliner who would just knock it out of the park. Girl Talk built up the energy but PL couldn't keep that same level going, at least in my opinion.

Am I the only one who didn't like Girl Talk at all? I admit that he puts on a really fun and exciting show but I can't for the life of me get into his "songs".
It might partly have to do with the fact that he kept playing for the whole time with no breaks.

Girl Talk needed to be about a half hour shorter. But it was fun.

I was on the brink of blacking out during his set, so basically I was the perfect level of drunk to have the time of my life. The only thing I remember about Pretty Lights was seeing Lumpy and weenie. Nothing else. No glowsticks or anything. Apparently I was having fun though.

I was using Lucys umbrella as some sort of fist pumping party baton during girltalk. Unfortunately, i fisted the shit out of that umbrella and it fucking bent right in half.

Not to be confused with pug fisting which is why their faces look like that.

I've seen Girl Talk 4 times now, which is sort of embarrassing, but this was the best set I've seen him play. He played all of my favorites, and a bunch of crazy new shit. M83 + Missy Elliott was the best. My only qualm was that he didn't close with Journey like he did on the tour after Feed the Animals, because it was amazing when he did that. Other than that it was incredible.

Girl Talk had fireworks. Girl Talk won Sasquatch. Those also went off during a climactic part of a set by an aptly-named band called "Explosions in the Sky!" Thanks, Girl Talk!

DID ANYONE SEE THE GUYS WITH THE PLASTIC PUG STATUE? FIST PUGGING! Not only did we see them, but we were also provided with a solid 30 minutes of entertainment from them on the hill.

As soon as I saw you, my thoughts were, "I'll have what he's having." Well actually my first thought was pure disbelief that you were actually at the Gorge due to having to be a penguin the next day. And pure surprised joy.

DID ANYONE SEE THE GUYS WITH THE PLASTIC PUG STATUE? FIST PUGGING! That was Mudpie. He was their mascot. Some drunk girl broke his leg off and his owner practically tackled her. I have a picture of Iyad and Mudpie. I will post it later.
