Pulp is about the only band on that lineup that I would fucking love to see on a cruise ship. What a dumb tease that was.

I can't even begin to imagine how expensive that thing is going to be. Cruises are crazy expensive as is....
I can't believe this is turning into a thing. I have zero desire to do a "festival cruise".

I think the idea of them is pretty cool, but I can't help but think that they primarily attract some of the most awful people on earth. Nothing but entitled douchebags that will be puking all over the place.

Well, I think that's a great line up and would be all over this if it didn't come with what I know will be a GIGANTIC cruise ship price tag.
EDIT: didn't notice that it's a DJ set for The Rapture. That brings down a lot of my love for the line up.

Cabins start at $500/person...plus you gotta get to Florida.

I guess if I were ever to actually bother with a cruise, one with a ton of bands that I like would be the way to go? I dont mind the idea of it. I just have no desire to do cruises anyway.

Nah, if it was the "SS Sahara Tent", than I could see that being the case, but it's not. It's the "SS Main Stage without a headliner", so... ya.

Cabins start at $500/person...plus you gotta get to Florida. Scratch that...cheapest is $700/person if you're willing to bunk with three others. Plus you gotta get to Florida. Plus booze. Plus excursions/activities/food if you dont want to eat at the buffett. That being said, if I had the money, I'm sure it would be an excellent time.

Sounds fun to me. =) I have never EVER wanted to go a cruise but if I had the money, why the hell not spend it on my favorite festival's boat.

It's pretty shitty timing for something like this. Right before Christmas. Not a lot of time to plan/save. Flights will be crazy expensive to get to Florida for that time of year. If it was in January I would possibly consider going.

Favorite festival? That dog won't hunt, monsignor. I said it. My favorite group of people at a festival: Sasquatch. My favorite festival to hang out on a messageboard for: Sasquatch. My favorite festival in terms of organization, location, things to see and do and food: Coachella.
