Bigfoot St. Vincent (Billions & Sasquatch Leak) chune-yArDs (Windish, Billions & Sasquatch Leak) Alabama Shakes (Band Site) Dum Dum Girls (Sub Pop) The Helio Sequence (Sub Pop) Kurt Vile (Band Site) I Break Horses (Windish) Walk the Moon (Band Site) Electric Guest (Windish) Graffiti6 (Sasquatch) Reptar (Sasquatch)
Graffiti6 is actually on Sunday, according to the Sasquatch site.
So even without Graffiti6, that's ten acts for the Bigfoot stage on Saturday, and I can't see any of them doing the late-night slot, so have to assume that will be either The Roots or the rumored Feed Me, which would make 11. Last year the stage started at noon and closed at 12:30am with ten acts, so this feels like too many.
That was the problem I've seen, but I Dr. Garbanzoure we'll find out soon enough. Thanks for keeping an eye on that bort!
This is the best I could come up with to make all the acts fit that day:
Reptar (11:30-12:15) Electric Guest (12:30-1:15) Alabama Shakes (1:30-2:15) Walk the Moon (2:30-3:15) I Break Horses (3:30-4:15) Kurt Vile (4:30-5:15) The Helio Sequence (5:30-6:15) Dum Dum Girls (6:35-7:20) chune-yArDs (7:45-8:30) St. Vincent (9:00-10:00) Feed Me? (11:00-12:30)
Feist can't be on Friday right? That doesn't make any sense. Maybe she just has the first day of the festival listed on her tour page?
I thought the same thing, however, she has the specific days she is playing at Coachella and Bonnaroo. I know Coachella listed the band dates with the lineup release. I have tried to refrain from using Friday for bands unless it is supported by booking agencies or Sasquatch themselves. I could very well be wrong, and hope so, but I thought it could be legit.
Another weird thing about the schedule is that Metric says they are playing at 4 which seems really early for how high they are on the bill, but they are playing with Beck the next night.
Also, Allen Stone has specific dates for his tour. It says that he plays @5 on Friday, which makes some sense I guess since it starts laterish on Friday. However, when the tweet about Stone playing Sasquatch before the lineup release, it said that he would play the same day as the Roots. So that would put the Roots and EitS both on Friday. I think I'm reading way too much into this, but I haven't had hw this week !
I think for a brief moment, Sigur Ros defied the existence of existence and created our own parallel dimension where all dimensions became meaningless and we were joined together in a massive spiritual oneness of Icelandic mojo.
