Personally, I think Zacks booked us the worst headliners since 2009 this year. That being said, this is the best Sasquatch lineup I have ever seen. Why, you ask? Because of the undercard, baby.
I am especially excited to see: Tenacious D, The Shins, Beirut, The Roots, Portlandia, Feist, Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai, John Reilly, St. Vincent, Tune-Yards, Beats Antique, Apparat, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Spiritualized, Kurt Vile, Cloud Cult, Zola Jesus, The War on Drugs, Cass McCombs, Com Truise, Purity Ring, Beat Connection, Howlin' Rain, and Awesome Tapes from Africa.
Who do you like?

The undercard is amazing. But the headliners last year were much more mediocre (at least in terms of initial reaction).

I absolutely love Modest Mouse and Wilco, but I'm just not excited about any of the headliners at all this year. I guess I started this thread just as much to boo the headliners as to cheer the undercard. Boo headliners, hooray undercard!

I'm more excited about this year's headliners than any of the previous four years I've gone to the festival ('08 to present). I'm also more excited about the undercard than I ever have been, it's very solid yet again. This is the best lineup for me simply because there's literally 30 bands that I want to see, and I haven't even listened to half of the other bands yet so I'm sure the list will grow before May.

The only headliner I'm excited about is Beck. If Jack White plays some White Stripes songs, that would justify his headlining position, but the other two bore me to tears. The undercard is really where it's at.
Current thoughts on the lineup...
Hell yes: St. Vincent Little Dragon (it will be a tossup between St Vincent and Little Dragon for best set of the weekend, guaranteed) Beck Beirut The Roots Feist Metric Explosions In The Sky Mogwai Spiritualized
Yes: Portlandia The Joy Formidable Wild Flag Zola Jesus Purity Ring I Break Horses
Maybe: Jack White Silversun Pickups Dum Dum Girls The Sheepdogs Kurt Vile STRFKR Active Child Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires Awesome Tapes From Africa Beats Antique Girl Talk SBTRKT (if Yukimi Nagano is there for "Wildfire", otherwise pass)
No: Bon Iver Pretty Lights Tenacious D The Shins Cloud Cult tUnE-yArDs Clap Your Hands Say Yeah

I agree that the undercard kicks all kinds of ass this year. 2011 was the first Sasquatch I attended and I was ecstatic about the lineup when it was announced initially. I had a great time at the fest last year, but I recognized that too much emphasis was put into the headliners. The subs last year were fairly mediocre.
Needless to say, this year's lineup is damn near perfect (for what the fest is trying to achieve). As a whole it is much stronger than 2011's. I would disagree with OP about the headliners though. I've heard tremendously good things about Bon Iver's performance, and Jack White will bring it to the Gorge (seven-nation army with a full band? yes please). I'm damn thrilled for rave riday with Pretty Lights too.
Beck is be the only headliner I'm slightly concerned about based on what I've heard about from his most recent shows.

I've seen Beck five times and only one was short of amazing.
It really is a beautiful lineup. I can't wait to enjoy my first ever sasquatch.

Once in 2004, three times in 2005, and once in 2006, which was the weakest one (short set, puppet video too much out of performance time, etc).

I think the headliners are great. I'm not too pumped about Bon Ivor, but other than that I'm pretty stoked. The only thing that is going to piss me off is when bands like Mogwai, or Explosions In The Sky play at the same time as the headliners. In the past I wouldn't have to be so choosy, because I had less to work with.

I feel selfish because I really couldn't be much happier with the headliners for once, but for the last four years I've barely caught any of the headliners, but still had a blast. The undercard sucked last year so they have more than made up for it this year.

I think someone may have said this on another thread somewhere, but this year's wookie stage lineup has got to be the best ever. I'm actually pretty into the headliners this year, but bands like St Vincent, Tune-Yards, Spiritualized, Mogwai, Explosions, Shabazz - not to mention the fucking Roots!!! - might force me to skip out on some Jack White, Shins or maybe even Beck.
front runners for show of the weekend: St Vincent - I actually hope they move her to the mainstage because that would be beautiful Joy Formidable - the gorge will make their sound even more epic if Spiritualized were on the mainstage they would be on this list (have I mentioned that I really like the mainstage?)
also unmissable: Bon Iver Tenacious D all those wookie bands I listed above Girl Talk War on Drugs
best early-afternoon show: Grouplove on the mainstage - they're gonna throw down just like Head and the Heart did last year, just hope it's not on Friday (when no one's there) or Monday (when it hurts to be alive)

I think someone may have said this on another thread somewhere, but this year's wookie stage lineup has got to be the best ever. If by Wookie you mean Bigfoot, then yes I said that. The Roots, Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai, St. Vincent, Little Dragon, Tune-yards, Spiritualized, Kurt Vile, Cloud Cult...fucking stacked I say! It's just too bad somebody's got to play during The D.

I'm really liking Electric Guest. But considering these factors
1. A band from LA 2. Produced by Danger Mouse 3. On MTV's "15 bands to watch out for" 4. Playing the Bigfoot
I'm sure they will be going down the Foster The People route very soon.
