Ro: that's what I figured. Hangovers aren't much of an issue for me at the Squatch though because I'm still drunk when I wake up and just continue drinking.

While its the same basic thing as sports drink, pedialyte is slightly more salty and is intended for children who have been losing liquids through throwing up etc. Shit gets your sodium pumps working right quick.
