So the entire point of a late night set is for 13 year olds to fistpump to brostep? Yes, except the 13 year-olds. You can go back to the campgrounds after the headliner while the rest of us party off the remnants of recreational substances used throughout the day.

Feed Me has a considerably larger catalog then just "Cloudburn", and there is much bro-ier step to be had out there.

So the entire point of a late night set is for 13 year olds to fistpump to brostep? I'm really fucking sick of self-righteous snobs like you. The late night sets are for people to lose their minds and dance the night away to fun (and yes, sometimes dumb and cheesy) music. If you want to spend your entire weekend with Little Dragon-esque bands then that's totally cool, but that doesn't make artists or fans of other types of music any less deserving of being there.

I'm personally delighted to see some bros. They are like whoopee cushions - instant comic relief.

The late night sets are for people to lose their minds and dance the night away to fun music. When I was listening to Feed Me last night it seemed like most of his catalog was not dubstep. People need to do research before they try to label an artist this way. I have seen it done to araabMuzik for his skrillex remix, which is the closest thing to dubstep I've heard from him. If anything the real brostep crowd will not be interested, because the name isn't as commercial. Yet. Just to add to this. I'm not hating, but still don't see the Roots as a great fit for this slot. I would love to catch their set, but their music seems too mellow for the late-night slot.

Since Metric is playing with Beck on Sunday in Bend, I bet they'll play Monday also

I feel like all the stereotypes just sorta blend together.. THIS All the fucking "Bro" and "Hipster" (and "pregnant women") talk is really out of control around here. If you're constantly concerned about being at a festival with stereotypes, frankly I think it's because either a) You don't have the emotional maturity to fathom people with characters outside of the stocks you apply to them or b) You secretly realize that you're a stereotype yourself and pre-emptively combat criticism by lashing out. So would all you insecure fucks please stop bitching about bro-step and what kind of a crowd certain acts are going to attract and, I don't know, stuff fat dicks in your mouths instead?

This, exactly. Criticize the artist, not the fanbase.

This, exactly. Criticize the artist, not the fanbase. While I agree with this, the fanbase can make it harder to enjoy a show if the crowd is full of people that generally piss you off. As far as the fest is concerned though, I think this lineup is diverse enough to attract a lot of different kinds of people which is what makes Sasquatch so great in the first place.

There is absolutely no reason. You are in the most beautiful environment partying and listening to music all day. If you are pissed at Sasquatch you are doing it wrong.

You think I care about bros? I was kidding. 95% of my boyfriend catalog is full of people generally considered "bros". I love everyone. ^_^

From everything I hear, the Roots have a VERY high energy show. Like, downright fucking aerobic.
I have no personal context, though, because I seriously fucking hate the Roots.
