Yes. Your lead singer dead? Start a new band. I'm looking at you too Alice in Chains.
Okay we are all getting carried away with this one.
I was giving an unimpressed "burn".
I'm just saying, both are really quite lame and for me at least are unwanted at the Gorge. There's varying arguments as to what bands should do when a member dies, and plenty of examples of who did a good job of dealing with it and who didnt, but at the end of the day Sublime w/Rome just sucks and that's that.
But really, i dont even care, i just want to know! to quote Marley, "I WANNA KNOW I WANNA KNOW I WANNA KNOW NOW"
I post all the time on the Bonnaroo ProBoards (Inforoo) under this same screen name if that helps prove my identity at all. If you guys get Beck everyone on Inforoo will be super jealous. Supposedly he put on a great show opening for Radiohead in 2006. Can't wait to see this year's lineup as I'm considering going for the first time.
In the meantime, I'm curious: what did you guys think of My Morning Jacket as headliners in 2010? A lot of people over at Inforoo argue that their 2008 late night was the best show in Bonnaroo's history (behind maybe Radiohead in '06). Were you guys just as blown away by MMJ?
