That would be pretty neat if Zacks got into the "paying bands a lot of money to reunite for the festival" biz like Coachella and European festivals do. He would have to start with bands no one cares about, case in point.

Geno or Switch (or Stamper or anyone else), care to suggest a Cure album? My uncle got me the greatest hits many years ago but I don't think I don't have it anymore. Everyone will tell you Disintegration so... yeah go for Disintegration. You can get Disintegration for $5 on Amazon MP3. I think I am going to grab it myself.

I don't think I've actually heard a Bloc Party song. So I have no clue.

I like some of their output, but they suffer from nearly the exact same problem as Arctic Monkeys; not really all that bad (or that good), but NME and the British press jerk off on them so much, that they are really too big for their own good.

They are okay. I could do without Kele Okereke's vocals.

Bloc Party fucking sucks. They would be a bigger waste of a headline slot than KoL.

To be honest, even if Bloc Party showed up, I *highly* doubt they would be headlining. Considering the last time they played, they played at the Showbox almost 3 years ago and meow they've disappeared into obscurity. When Kele did his solo show, he played at the Crocodile too.

Also, I'm not liking this new look for the forum. I think it's a good change. That and it flows pretty well with the changes to the official website. Good work guys!

I don't think I've actually heard a Bloc Party song. So I have no clue. You should really listen to Silent Alarm I checked out the top 5 songs on Spotify and was turned off, but when I read this I decided to jump to this album. It's alright. A few decent songs. Their music sounds a little generic though.

Portishead is also a longshot. They just toured the area last fall, and are back in Europe now.
Welcome to the board. =)
